Evaluación de la biocompatibilidad de redes semi-interprenetadas de colágeno-poliuretano-pectina 半连接胶原蛋白-聚氨酯-果胶网络的生物相容性评价

Claudio-Rizo","doi":"10.55815/411479","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.55815/411479","url":null,"abstract":"En la presente investigación se diseñaron hidrogeles a base de redes poliméricas semi-interpenetradas (semi-IPN) de colágeno-poliuretano-pectina, con diferente concentración de pectina (10-40 %m) y se evaluó su efecto en la biocompatibilidad in vitro. La pectina utilizada en este trabajo fue extraída enzimáticamente a partir de cáscaras de naranja. Los parámetros peso equivalente, acidez libre, porcentaje de metoxilo, grado de esterificación y porcentaje de ácido anhídrido galacturónico (AAG) de la pectina fueron determinados de acuerdo con la metodología propuesta por Owens1. Los hidrogeles fueron caracterizados por FTIR y SEM. Además, se evaluó el grado de entrecruzamiento, hinchamiento y módulo de almacenamiento de los hidrogeles. La biocompatibilidad de los hidrogeles se evaluó a través de ensayos de viabilidad celular con monocitos y fibroblastos. Además, se evaluó la actividad hemolítica de los hidrogeles. Altas concentraciones de pectina disminuyen la capacidad de hinchamiento significativamente, y promueven una ligera mejora de la reticulación y un incremento significativo del módulo de almacenamiento de la matriz semi-IPN. La caracterización por FTIR y SEM confirmó la formación de redes semi-interpenetradas de colágeno-poliuretano-pectina. Los hidrogeles formulados no poseen carácter citotóxico. El porcentaje de viabilidad de fibroblastos alcanzó el 75% mientras que la viabilidad de monocitos alcanzó el 105% hasta por 48 h de incubación. Las formulaciones que contienen 10 y 20 %m de pectina mostraron mejor biocompatibilidad in vitro, ya que la presencia de altas regiones granulares semi-interpenetradas en la matriz colágeno-poliuretano muestran impactar en el metabolismo celular.","PeriodicalId":263806,"journal":{"name":"Afinidad. The bromination of benzoxazinone 2 afforded the dibromo anthranilic acid 3, which gave N-pyrazolyl anthranilic acid 4 on treatment with hydrazine. The ethanolysis of benzoxazinone 2 with sodium ethoxide gave ethyl anthranilate derivative 5 which on treatment with amines furnished the corresponding ethyl N-substitutedanthranilate 6a-b. The aminolysis of benzoxazinone 2 with ammonium acetate, primary amines and/ or secondary amines afforded the corresponding amides 7a-c and 8a-b. The treatment of benzoxazinone 2 with 2-aminophenol and/ or o-phenylendiamine gave the corresponding 3-(benzooxazol-2-yl) propenone 9 and 3-(benzimidazol-2-yl) propenone 10, respectively. 3-Thiourido-3(4H)-quinazolinone derivative 11 was obtained on the treatment of benzoxazinone 2 with thiosemicarbazide. The reaction of the benzoxazinone 2 with hydroxylamine hydrochloride furnished the corresponding 3-hydroxy-2-isooxazoline-5-yl-4(3H)-quinazolinone 12. The synthesized compounds were screened against strains of bacteria and showed mild to moderate activity towards both gram-positive bacteria and gram-negative bacteria.","PeriodicalId":263806,"journal":{"name":"Afinidad. Sin embargo, esto ha generado un aumento en los desechos de origen inorgánico, por lo que se han redoblado esfuerzos para encontrar alternativas para sustituirlos por sustancias más amigables con naturaleza, por tal motivo, se ha investigado el uso de terpenos o terpenoides como monómeros sustitutos a los sintéticos en la industria elastomérica. El Farneseno (FA), monómero extraído de fuente vegetal, el cual posee dobles enlaces con elevada reactividad, por otro lado, el acetato de vinilo (VAC), es un monómero sintético utilizado para le elaboración de pinturas, adhesivos y recubrimientos. La polimerización en emulsión es una ruta de síntesis amigable con el medio ambiente, ya que empela agua como medio de reacción. Este trabajo estudió el efecto de la relación de monómeros VAC/FA en la copolimerización en emulsión, usando AIBN y CTAB como iniciador y surfactante, respectivamente. Se alcanzaron conversiones superiores al 76%; asi como tamaños de partícula promedio y amplitudes de la DTP característicos de la polimerización en emulsión, además los copolímeros fueron caracterizados por FTIR y TGA, donde se encontró que a mayor fracción VAC mayor resistencia a la degradación.","PeriodicalId":263806,"journal":{"name":"Afinidad. El objetivo de la presente investigación fue comparar los efectos de los fertilizantes químicos como la urea, en relación con un biofertilizante a base de la bacteria Azotobacter sp., sobre el crecimiento del frijol caupí (Vigna unguiculata L. Walp). Para tal fin se llevó a cabo la germinación y posterior crecimiento de las plantas de frijol, durante el mes de marzo, en un invernadero con ambiente controlado. Se demostró que la dosificación óptima fue de 1,8x109 células totales contenidas en 1 ml del biofertilizante Azotobacter sp, así como una longitud promedio de la parte aérea (LPA) de 16,333 ± 0,757 cm. En cambio, usando la urea se obtuvieron valores de longitud de la parte aérea de 14,267 ± 0,850; 15,767 ± 0,987; 15,567 ± 1,041 cm para volúmenes de dosificación de 1, 2 y 3 ml respectivamente. Se realizó una prueba testigo sin fertilizantes para su comparación. En conclusión, se determinó que es factible el reemplazo de la urea por el biofertilizante Azotobacter sp., siendo una alternativa viable para reducir la contaminación del suelo y medio ambiente.                                                       ","PeriodicalId":263806,"journal":{"name":"Afinidad. The thermodynamic consistency of the obtained data was analyzed using some equations of state (EOS) in the point–to–point test. The phase behavior was satisfactorily modelled using the Peng–Robinson EOS. Triana Díaz","doi":"10.55815/407941","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.55815/407941","url":null,"abstract":"Considering the technological, energetic and environmental advantages of precolloidal starch production compared to other types of starches modified by physical and chemical means and the potential uses of precolloidal starch as a food stabilizer, the objective of this work is to carry out the functional evaluation of precolloidal starch compared to native starch and the sensory evaluation of ice cream made using precolloidal starch from Manihot esculenta Crantz as a partial substitute for the stabilizing agents in its formulation. The comparative functional evaluation showed a significantly higher performance for precolloidal starch with respect to native starch for the criteria water absorption index, water solubility index and swelling power.  Through the preparation of milk ice cream, in discontinuous operation at pilot scale, it was shown that the sensory evaluation is satisfactory for the substitution of between 20 and 30 % of a commercial stabilizer by precolloidal starch, reaching adequate industrial yield indexes. Additionally, it was evidenced that the production of ice cream of cream typology, in continuous operation at industrial scale, reaches satisfactory sensory evaluation when 20 % of commercial stabilizer is replaced by precolloidal starch and similar industrial yield levels, with respect to the experience without starch. ","PeriodicalId":263806,"journal":{"name":"Afinidad. El reciclaje cuaternario tiene como objetivo aprovechar el potencial energético y calorífico del PET. El calor recuperado puede utilizarse en procesos como la fundición de metales no ferrosos. Si el PET se quema en condiciones controladas, los únicos productos de la reacción serán el agua y el dióxido de carbono, por lo tanto, esta combustión se considera como un proceso limpio. Cuando se realiza el proceso de combustión de PET, se presenta el fenómeno de radiación térmica. Este estudio investiga mediante CFD el comportamiento de la radiación en un quemador de PET, utilizando el modelo de radiación P1. La reacción de combustión se genera por la oxidación del PET con Oxigeno. Los cálculos determinaron que la temperatura media alcanzada fue de 1470 K dentro del quemador. Los perfiles de temperatura y de fracción másica, confirmaron que la combustión de PET es una combustión limpia y que es viable para utilizarse en el proceso de fundición de aluminio.","PeriodicalId":263806,"journal":{"name":"Afinidad. However, in order to have a more efficient degradation process, the use of autochthonous bacteria from the contaminated region is recommended because these bacteria are adapted to the climatic and environmental conditions of the site to be remedied. The aim of this work was to isolate and characterize bacteria strains from the city of Reynosa, Mexico, with the potential to degrade naphthalene. Strain isolation was carried out whit soil samples from the shore of“La Escondida” lagoon, a former landfill of pollutants of the petrochemical industry. The isolates were subjected to the emulsion index test as a selective factor to later evaluate their effect in the drop collapse, drop displacement and naphthalene tolerance tests. Finally, sixty-two strains were identified by amplification of the 16S rRNA gene. Ten strains showed the best values in the drop collapse, oil displacement and naphthalene tolerance tests. Four strains had the best naphthalene degradation potential; Pseudomonas aeruginosa (1P2 and 5P2), Bacillus cereus (5S1) and Bacillus subtillis (P52). A degradation of naphthalene was observed in the IR spectrum and UPLC chromatogram after 12 days by 1P2 strain.","PeriodicalId":263806,"journal":{"name":"Afinidad. La aplicación de fertilizantes sintéticos es común para nutrir los suelos, y como consecuencia de sus efectos adversos, se han estudiado fuentes alternativas de fertilización. El pimiento morrón (Capsicum annuum) de desecho (PMD) posee nutrientes de interés, por lo que se puede utilizar para producir biofertilizantes. En esta investigación se produjo un biofertilizante a través de la fermentación del PMD con el hongo Aspergillus niger y se evaluó su aplicación (0 %, 50 %, 100 % y 200 %) sobre el desarrollo de plantas de Flor de junio León y Flor de Mayo Eugenia, los días 10 y 25. El diámetro de tallo es semejante entre los tratamientos y cultivares.
