Online services that provide this service (Internet pharmacies) have gained popularity both abroad and in Russia. In order to fully analyze the quality of their activities and identify opportunities for development, it is necessary to assess the consumers' perception of such services. The objective of the study was to assess customer satisfaction and loyalty of online pharmacy ordering services, as well as the availability of such services for different socio-demographic groups. The main method of the study was a questionnaire survey conducted among 424 residents of Moscow and the Moscow region, which allowed us to assess their expectations and real perceptions in the context of a number of aspects of using online pharmacies with the subsequent identification of factors that reduce the satisfaction of respondents. The following quality criteria were evaluated: interface usability, design aesthetics, order fulfillment aspects, availability and completeness of product information, and availability of pharmaceutical counseling. In addition, the Net Promoter Score and the Customer Effort Score were measured. According to most of the proposed quality criteria, the satisfaction of residents of Moscow and the Moscow region with online services for ordering pharmacy products is high. Negative values of quality coefficients for two items require paying attention to the aspects of order fulfillment, as well as the presence of remote pharmaceutical counseling services in online pharmacies. In addition, it was found that less than half (33.7%) of respondents trust information about medicines on the websites of pharmacy product ordering services.","PeriodicalId":263577,"journal":{"name":"\"Medical & pharmaceutical journal \"Pulse\"","volume":" 11","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-12-31","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"139135843","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Implant placement in the above situations requires timely preparation of deficient alveolar ridge by means of osteoplastic surgery. In its turn, the newly formed regenerated bone by its histological, physicomechanical and structural-functional properties can only approach the recipient bone tissue; therefore, the issue of implant osseointegration and its functional loading in regenerated bone remains debatable. This research uses the method of frequency-resonance analysis showing implant stability coefficient numerically equal to the ISQ (Implant stability Quotient) values and reflecting the percentage of the osseointegration area of the intraosseous part of the implant. The results of research obtained by means of frequency-resonance analysis have proved that with the timely start of implant usage and adequate functional loading, ISQ values increase, that is, increases the osseointegration area along the interface of the intraosseous part of the implant placed in regenerated bone. Comparative results of research reflecting ISQ values in 12 months after implant placement in bone augmented using various forms of autogenous bonegrafts, have been presented; therefore, a conclusion can be made that there is a direct relationship between osseointegration under conditions of functional chewing load and the shape and size of autogenous bonegrafts.","PeriodicalId":263577,"journal":{"name":"\"Medical & pharmaceutical journal \"Pulse\"","volume":"85 24","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-12-31","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"139131911","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

One of the often-found consequences of such exposure is endocrine dysfunction. It has been previously shown that the detected hyperglycemia in patients infected with SARS-COV-2 is due to the consequences of direct damage by the SARS-CoV-2 virus, activation of the immune system and inflammation, as well as the consequences of the use of glucocorticosteroids. Changes in adaptive immunity are characteristic of both hyperglycemia and post-COVID syndrome. Of interest is the combination of these conditions, namely, the development of hyperglycemia in the post-COVID period and the resulting humoral immune response. This study is devoted to identifying the features of B-cell immunity in individuals with post-COVID syndrome and disorders of carbohydrate metabolism. The study included 72 people with carbohydrate metabolism disorders in the post-COVID period. In patients, the lymphocytic link of immunity was assessed: the relative and absolute number of B-lymphocytes (CD45+CD19+), B1-lymphocytes (CD45+CD5+CD19-CD27-), B2-lymphocytes (CD45+CD19+CD5-CD27-), general population Memory B cells (CD45+CD19+CD5-CD27+). In post-covid patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus, more significant changes in the B-cell link were revealed in comparison with patients with impaired glucose tolerance, including a statistically significant increase in the number of B-lymphocytes. Also, in the group of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus, the number of B2-lymphocytes is significantly higher in the absence of differences in the levels of B1-lymphocytes, which is possibly characteristic of the autoimmune nature of the diseases, and is associated with the secretion of high-affinity antibodies, which presumably explains the more severe clinical course of COVID-19 in the study group. At the same time, in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus, the number of B1- and B2-lymphocytes of memory cells is significantly lower compared to patients with impaired glucose tolerance in the post-COVID period, which suggests the ineffectiveness of the formed immune response, which confirms more frequent repeated cases. COVID-19 in this group of patients.","PeriodicalId":263577,"journal":{"name":"\"Medical & pharmaceutical journal \"Pulse\"","volume":"26 2","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-12-31","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"139132737","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Purpose: to analyze the literature to study the influence of body-oriented psychotherapy on the psycho-emotional consequences of cancer in children and adolescents during treatment. General information. The most commonly reported and most concerning symptoms are pain associated with diagnostic procedures and treatments, nausea and fatigue, and negative self-perception of body image leading to low self-esteem and affecting the ability to form healthy relationships with peers. Children experience increased levels of depression and anxiety, as well as social skill deficits, greater physical weakness during physical activities, sleep disturbances and body image disturbances. Body techniques effectively open the way to the somatic unconscious and the elimination of the blocks identified in it, since the human body is a material reflection of all the emotional states he has experienced. The use of body-oriented psychotherapy methods normalizes the psychosomatic state. Taking into account the psychological characteristics of children and adolescents, the most common methods of body-oriented psychotherapy in this age category of patients are various variations of touch and movements in combination with other methods. The goal of psychotherapeutic work with adolescents and children with cancer is, first of all, prevention and correction of psychopathological reactions. Timely psychotherapy provided to cancer patients in childhood will help harmonize the psycho-emotional state associated with the treatment, especially after mutilating operations. Among the many psychotherapeutic techniques used in the structure of helping children and adolescents, body-oriented therapy has found the most widespread use. One of the advantages of TOP is its versatility. That is, the technique can be successfully used in the treatment of many psychological disorders, as well as integrated and combined with other therapeutic approaches (art therapy, music therapy, acupressure, etc.). To reduce the incidence of mental pathology after illness and achieve its maximum compensation, a multidisciplinary approach is required.","PeriodicalId":263577,"journal":{"name":"\"Medical & pharmaceutical journal \"Pulse\"","volume":"124 45","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-12-31","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"139132945","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In this regard, the population is forced to go to neighboring settlements, which is associated with additional costs, and the purchase of LP becomes a very expensive process. Another problem is the limited range of the range of medicines and other pharmacy products in remote areas, associated either with insufficient demand or lack of economic feasibility in their supply to distributors. The consequence of this is limited access to the necessary drugs, which can significantly affect the condition of patients. In this study, the problems related to the availability of pharmaceutical care for rural residents of the Republic of North Ossetia – Alania were considered. The factors limiting access to the necessary medicines and medical services for the population of remote areas of the republic are analyzed. In the course of the study, it was found that there are no pharmacy organizations in the territory of the settlements of the Irafsky district at all, and the problem of drug provision for these settlements is solved through paramedic-obstetric centers (FAP) that have a license for pharmaceutical activity. However, the availability of medicines for FAPs does not meet the tasks assigned to them. There is a variation in the number of names of medicines sold by medical professionals, and their number is 32.9-87.5% of the list of medicines recommended for FAPs by the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation-Alania. The available range of medicines does not correspond to the structure of the most common diseases of residents of rural settlements. In addition, a third of the district's population is deprived of pharmaceutical assistance, since only 9 out of 14 rural settlements have a pharmaceutical license. The study is important for the development of a policy aimed at increasing the availability of pharmaceutical care in the region and ensuring equal healthcare opportunities for all residents of the republic","PeriodicalId":263577,"journal":{"name":"\"Medical & pharmaceutical journal \"Pulse\"","volume":"118 51","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-12-31","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"139135310","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The studies were carried out on 27 sexually mature female minipigs. An experimental model of spraying titanium nickelide into the pleural cavity during thoracoscopy through a troacoport in an anesthetized and mechanically ventilated animal was used. Based on the macro- and micromorphological picture, the optimal dispersion of titanium nickelide powder granules was determined and the effect of obliteration of the pleural cavity was characterized in comparison with medical talc. Pleurodesis using titanium nickelide powder with a granule dispersion of 20 - 200 microns, intended for obliteration of the pleural cavity with recurrent metastatic pleurisy, causes a moderate adhesive process in the pleural cavity on days 7, 14 and 21 of the experiment, which is inferior in prevalence and effectiveness of obliteration of the pleural cavity to the comparison substance medical talc. At the same time, against the background of titanium nickelide with a granule dispersion of 80 (60; 100) microns, a local inflammatory reaction does not form and hydrothorax does not develop, which was observed when using medical talc. The results obtained allow us to conclude that, in general, spraying titanium nickelide powder into the pleural cavity provides effective and safe pleurodesis by 14–21 days of the postoperative period. The optimal degree of dispersion of titanium nickelide powder granules, providing effective and safe pleurodesis in an experiment on minipig, is the range of 20 - 160 microns...","PeriodicalId":263577,"journal":{"name":"\"Medical & pharmaceutical journal \"Pulse\"","volume":"102 23","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-12-31","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"139134952","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Currently, intestinal dysfunction is an actual problem in abdominal surgery. According to data based on observations in different countries, this complication verified after surgical interventions outside the abdominal cavity. The review is devoted to the analysis of complications in abdominal cavity after non-abdominal operations. Postoperative abdominal complications developed after interventions in the retroperitoneal space, thoracic surgery, operations on pelvic organs, in the lumbar spine and other interventions. All these operations could cause evacuation disturbances and abnormal intestinal transit. Various terms are used to describe this condition, such as “postoperative flatulence”, “dynamic intestinal obstruction”, “functional intestinal stasis”, “postoperative functional intestinal obstruction”, “postoperative intestinal paresis”. The main cause of postoperative intestinal dysfunction is impaired intestinal motility. The purpose of the review is to analyze methods of prevention of intestinal functions that developed after extra - abdominal surgery.","PeriodicalId":263577,"journal":{"name":"\"Medical & pharmaceutical journal \"Pulse\"","volume":"59 23","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-12-31","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"139130847","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
