The model allows estimating the probability of damage to nerve fibers during the movement. On the basis of an individual neuromechanical model of the patient, it becomes possible to assess the degree of flexion of the spine. Automatic control of the executive mechanisms of rehabilitation complexes occurs on the basis of the results of assessing the permissible degree of flexure of the spine and current positions in the space of segments of the spine. To accomplish this goal, we applied the technologies for the determination of operating conditions of the traction power supply system in phase coordinates. The technologies are based on the models of components represented by lattice equivalent circuits with fully-connected topology. These models and methods are implemented in the Fazonord software that ensures modeling of the operation of traction power supply systems of various types and determination of strengths of electromagnetic field (EMF) created by traction networks of these systems. To calculate the EMF strengths of the surface irregularities represented by such structures as embankments, cuttings and slopes, they were simulated by sets of earthed wires located on the boundary of a structure. The distances between the wires were taken to be much shorter than the distances from these wires to the observation point. The paper presents the calculation results for electromagnetic fields in the traction networks constructed along the routes characterized by uneven relief. The research demonstrates that the proposed methods enable the implementation of an effective computer technology for modeling electromagnetic fields, that makes it possible to take into account the surface irregularities. The proposed model allows to reflect the functional features of the patient's nervous system. The information model interacts with the angular biomechanical model of the musculoskeletal system and takes into account human neuro-mechanics. The individual information model of the patient in conjunction with the recorded abnormalities of the parameters of the movements from the norm are used to assess the disease of the nervous system and the localization of the pathology site. Based on the received evaluations, the rehabilitation process, including rehabilitation exercises, adapts to the patient's characteristics in an automated mode. The article presents a system of virtual interaction between the garment industry and buyers by organizing online sales of manufactured clothes and presenting industrial collections on the Internet. The basic principle of the developed application is based on the use of a three-dimensional model of a person, determining the spatial dimensional features of a figure, revealing the relationship between the design parameters of clothing and the dimensional characteristics of the figure. The uniform criteria of comparison of parameters of clothes, patterns, sketch and figure of the person among themselves are offered. The issue of reducing hydraulic losses during gas transportation is an urgent task for reducing gas transportation enterprise's expenses for their own technological needs. In this paper, we consider the possibility of increasing the energy efficiency of gas transport through the use of an antifriction smooth surface coating of the inner surface of linear sections. Currently, such coatings are used quite rarely due to a significant increase in capital costs for the construction of main gas pipelines. In the course of the study it was shown that the use of these materials can be economically feasible when used not along the entire length of the pipeline, but only in its last sections. This is due to the fact that during the transportation of gas there is a change in the density of the transport medium in the course of travel, which leads to an increase in the flow velocity. Thus, the largest specific losses fall on the last linear sections of the pipeline. The use of pipes with antifriction coating on these sections will allow us to obtain substantially shorter payback periods than for the whole gas pipeline as a whole. Specificity of the composition of threats has an aggravating effect in conditions of infrastructure isolation and climate severity for the functioning of the energy economy and the livelihoods of settlements. At present, there is no single approach, both to defining indicators of such territories, and to the toolkit for their tracking and identification of decentralized conditions. The research has developed an information and analytical system that allows in the integrated environment to calculate current indicators indicators. The author's methodology for assessing weak and vulnerable places defines priority areas with stringent requirements for providing comfortable living conditions for electricity consumers. This increases the speed of problem analysis in isolated areas of the North with low reliability indicators. The developed analytical unit, as a component of an integrated information system for monitoring the level of energy security, provides an opportunity to update the initial data of indicators and calculate their effective values for the formation of a strategic platform for targeted strengthening of energy security positions. The decision maker's (DM) subjectivism is one of cons of some methods of choose when estimation of criteria priorities for alternative projects is being performed. In this paper, the choose of modernization strategy of Novocherkassk GRES is performed using the Saaty's method. At the final stage, the methods of linear and non-linear optimization are applied to decrease the impact of DM's subjectivism. The fact that the implementation of the radical changes in more than two TPP subsystems in one project is not expedient is demonstrated.
