Abstract
The paper proposes an information neuromechanical model of the human spine, taking into account physiological and mechanical features of the bone and nerve tissues of the patient's spine. The model allows estimating the probability of damage to nerve fibers during the movement. On the basis of an individual neuromechanical model of the patient, it becomes possible to assess the degree of flexion of the spine. Automatic control of the executive mechanisms of rehabilitation complexes occurs on the basis of the results of assessing the permissible degree of flexure of the spine and current positions in the space of segments of the spine. To record the movement of segments of the spine in space, it is proposed to use accelerometers and a phase control method.
