The case is considered when the sources are within the width of the main lobe of the receiving antenna of directivity characteristic. The possibility of applying an algorithm for estimating the angular position for sources of both coherent and incoherent signals is shown. With a decrease in the angular distance between the radiation sources and with a decrease in the signal-to-noise ratio, a shift in the estimates of their angular coordinates may occur. This is caused by the non-linearity of signal conversion in the algorithm. To reduce the magnitude of the angle estimation offset, and also to reduce the mean square errors of the measured parameters, it is possible to average the control signal in the feedback loop. The studies confirmed the conclusion that the instrumental errors of the antenna and the receiving channels exert a significant influence on the magnitude of the displacement of the angular position estimates. The applied algorithm corrects such errors. The correction method is based on the joint determination of the source angular coordinates and instrumental errors. Estimation of additional parameters leads to a certain decrease in accuracy when measuring the coordinates of radiation sources. The paper gives the review of methods used to study the transport system of the mining enterprise; describes the simulation model of dump trucks moving along pendulum routes in the copper mine. The paper also analyses the alternative methods of arranging the overburden transportation from the mining area. The study was conducted using the following methods: systematic calculation methods with the elements of discrete mathematics, discrete event simulation modelling with Arena 14.0 (Rockwell Automation). A computer-based experiment was carried out to select the optimal way of transportation of copper ore from the mining area to the ore processing plant. The current system of subsoil management at the federal and regional levels is considered from the point of view of interaction in the part of solving the problem of accounting and information support for common mineral resources. The methodological base of the research is the use of structural analysis and design methodology in the IDEF0 notation using the Ramus software. With the contextual diagram of the functional model of the subsoil management process, the place and role of territorial geoinformation analytical system of geological and economic monitoring in the structure of management of the state fund of subsurface resources is determined. The subsequent decomposition of management process made it possible to detail the powers of management bodies of the subsoil fund within the framework of the geoinformation analytical system in terms of management level of the subsoil fund. The manure is wasted if it is not recycled but simply stored. By trying to solve the problem of recycling and processing of bird manure, the enterprise has found a way that allows not only to neutralize a huge amount of waste of the fourth class, but also to produce a significant amount of methane gas. When methane is burned, thermal energy is produced that can be used year-round in the technological processes of the enterprise. The second, and no less valuable product of manure processing in the proposed technology is biohumus, which is in demand on local and international markets. In the course of test experiments of the technology in fermenting bird manure, the limitations inherent in the processing of pure poultry manure, other than ruminants' manure, have been clarified. For their elimination the processing technology has been significantly refined by the experts of the research organization, and has been patented. The practical justification for the anaerobic fermentation of the poultry manure was confirmed in the experimental reactor fabricated at the plant in 2011. The proposed manure processing solves the environmental problem, opens up additional sources of resource saving and additional profit for the enterprise. This irradiator consists of multicolored LEDs. To control the dose of spectral components of a photosynthetically active radiation zone, a programmable logical controller (PLC) is used. Taking into account the forecasts of capital costs and fuel prices by the criteria of levelized cost of electricity (LCOE), the changes in the economic conditions for the emergence of non-carbon power plants in the power system of the Far East are estimated. It is pointed that cheapening of these technologies should be supported by a reduction of the cost of capital to improve economic opportunities for their development in competition with the thermal generation in terms of LCOE analysis. In addition to this, supplemental costs related with the integration of renewable generation sources into power system are also investigated as a negative factor for their expansion.
