One of the promising areas of alternative energy is the production of biogas from the organic waste of agricultural enterprises. To study the biogas production process, an experimental setup with a bioreactor of 5 liters was developed. A series of full-scale experiments on the effect of the composition of the initial substrate on the qualitative and quantitative composition of biogas was carried out. As the substrate used: corn silage, poultry manure, pig manure and manure of cattle. Dependences of the volume of biogas and methane content on the type of substrate being processed and the temperature of the process are obtained. It has been established that the greatest amount of biogas is released during fermentation of corn silage and avian manure, and the smallest of pig manure drains. The greatest content of methane is observed when processing bird droppings - 64%, and the smallest of corn silage - 50%.","PeriodicalId":261560,"journal":{"name":"2019 International Science and Technology Conference \"EastСonf\"","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-03-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130265535","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The proposed solutions will significantly reduce the reject rates applicably to pipelines of complex configuration made for aerospace industries-at the cost of a slightly slower process. The paper proposes an information module for precise configuration of weld workpiece positioning, which minimizes misalignments caused by preparation defects, in particular stamping and pruning defects. The module can run automatically or semiautomatically to support the operator's decision-making. The module can be integrated in the CAM system of a robotic facility thanks to using compatible data formats; as such, it does not require significant extra processing on the part of robot controllers.","PeriodicalId":261560,"journal":{"name":"2019 International Science and Technology Conference \"EastСonf\"","volume":"70 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-03-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130471957","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The technique and procedure of thermoindicators application, the ways of thermal streams reprsentation in practical devices are described. The technique for thermal pattern visualization in mechanics, heating engineering, hydraulics, optics, radio engineering, etc. is selected on the basis of the heat flow nature. Thus, the obtained gradient thermogram allows to read both qualitative and quantitative data taking into account the liquid crystals type, their mesophase, substrate, displacement temperature, if any. The theme is revealed through practical tasks such as the determination of electromagnetic wave length in the resonator, the determination of the friction coefficient of a pair of metals in the dry and liquid friction mode, thermal flows in the crystallizer modeling, material cutting modes during detail machining, corona discharge and tool cutting properties estimation. Liquid crystals are organic substances and they are subject to oxidation processes, which limits the application term of the liquid crystal thermoindicator, so to prolong the period of use one of the ways of encapsulating them, which allows to prolong the performance and efficiency term of the liquid crystal detector as a whole is proposed.","PeriodicalId":261560,"journal":{"name":"2019 International Science and Technology Conference \"EastСonf\"","volume":"81 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-03-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132003582","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In the presence of inaccurate measurements and uncertainty of a priori information, the diagnostic model should be considered as a set of inconsistent linear equations and to seek the solution based on, for example, the method of least squares (MLS). The solution obtained satisfies the minimum of the sum of the squares of the residuals, but does not ensure the fulfillment of a number of other requirements entering into the initial system of the problem of electrical circuits diagnostics. And this requires adjusting the solution within the MLS. The present work is devoted to the adjustment issues. The algorithm based on the use of a correction factor in one component equation is proposed both for obtaining a solution that satisfies the active constraints, and for the exact implementation of the component relation.","PeriodicalId":261560,"journal":{"name":"2019 International Science and Technology Conference \"EastСonf\"","volume":"5 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-03-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132153521","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Approximately 1% of the electricity in the world today is produced by solar power and slightly more than 2% by windmills. Use of installed capacity of solar and wind energy is being doubled every four years. In Europe trend of the new energy industry is already downward. China plans to actually produce “green” energy in the amount of 250 gigawatts by year 2040. In the US there are plans to receive 5-6.4% of electricity from solar radiation by the year 2040. In Russia alternative energy sector will also grow, but not so quickly due to the rich underground resources that allows long and efficient use of traditional energy sources.","PeriodicalId":261560,"journal":{"name":"2019 International Science and Technology Conference \"EastСonf\"","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-03-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130245637","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
