Sequential motion of hand finger phalanges: proximal, mesial, distal is realized during the object grasping. Thus its rotation is performed around parallel rotation axes. Significant weight determined by the number of motors corresponding to the number of degrees of freedom is one of the most essential problems of AG designing. To reduce the number of motors the motion of output ALG links should be performed from common drive. Synthesis of structural scheme of motion transmission system (MTS) that realizes the common drive is performed on the basis of preliminary formation of scheme of functioning. Its formation is accomplished by providing of required motion process of output links during interaction with external object surface. Necessary component elements defining processes in MTS completely are determined. Its graphical interpretation is proposed. Set of MTS each of which provides interaction with external objects by analogy with finger grasping is designed through the identification of component elements of scheme of functioning and structural scheme. The paper presents investigate the possible reduction of energy and economic costs when replacing diesel loaders used in mining on electrical analogs and introducing a self-contained power plant based on solid oxide fuel cells as a source of current for charging. The using electric drive loaders would result in a reduction of ventilation costs by 162,000 rub/year. Automation plays a significant role in large-scale manufacturing, due to the large volume of production. Complex processes that have many controlled and testing parameters are difficult to implement by a team of workers. There is also a human factor that can disrupt the process. To solve this problem, programmable logical controllers (PLCs) were created that took on the role of a “brain” in a controlled system. The task of the controller is to evaluate all the factors of the system and to correct its operation to perform the given mode. So, all automation systems are built. Each process has its own peculiarities and mode. The PLC runs on the program loaded into it, which corresponds to the selected process. Correct writing of the program is one of the main tasks in the design of the system. The article discusses the programming environment of CoDeSys controllers, which makes it possible for any specialist, with the help of logical operations in a different view, to compile a program for any process. Writing the program is possible in any convenient format: in the language of relay contact circuits, in the graphical language of functional block charts, and also with the help of high-level diagrams describing the stages and conditions of the transitions in the contemporary computer programming language. In addition, the complex CoDeSys makes it possible for you to see the program in operation, using the visualization editor. Visualization is possible without connecting the PLC. In this article, an example of using the CoDeSys complex to develop a simulation program for the batching and blending process of a glass charge is considered. In the work, various ways of modeling the process are presented for a more illustrative demonstration of the system operation and debugging of the controller. When the flow chart of this process is constructed, a visualization of the process is carried out by means of a graphical display of the state of the equipment and subprocesses. The result of this work is the disclosure of the capabilities of the software complex CoDeSys for use by specialists in the field of automation of control systems for the management of technological processes and production in construction. The complex is associated with the development, commissioning, adjustment of the automated process control system. The application of this software complex in Russia has a tendency of steady growth. A program developed for a specific process in CoDeSys can be easily verified using graphical modeling and is available for adjustment directly in the process of operation, taking into account the process change. It is also advantageous that the CoDeSys complex with instruction for its use is freely available, which makes it possible to use freely this tool, adapt it to any technological process. When burning waste traditional methods form toxins in the form of dioxine, furan. Dioxine is the ekotoksikant possessing mutagen, immunodepressantny, cancerogenic action. Dioxine and furana are badly dissolved in water, are steady against high temperatures, long remain in the environment, are easily transported on food chains and slowly removed from organisms of living beings. Plasma processing is the most effective and environmentally friendly in comparison with other ways of burning of waste as the number of the emissions getting to the atmosphere decreases in tens of times. The offered technology is based on use of arc plasma (the plasma reactor and a plasmatron). The developed installation for combustion of MSW consists of two steps: The I step - melting and burning of waste (plastic, polymeric and organic materials, etc.); The II step - reburning of toxic gas emissions. At the same time harmful emissions in the atmosphere are excluded. Full decomposition of dioxine happens at temperatures above 1200°C, at smaller temperatures their repeated education is observed. In article the problem of formation of dioxine when burning waste is considered by traditional fire methods, and in low-temperature plasma. The plasma technology allows to get rid completely of dioxine thanks to high temperatures in the reactor of 1200-1600°C, and also at the second step at temperatures from 1600 to 2000 of OC. The key factor of unsustainable costs is losses that occur during energy transportation from a supplier to a consumer. These costs will be reduced by the introduction of an automated energy control and metering systems for commercial accounting (AECMSCA) for the implementation of one-time, continuous, automatic control and organization of commercial payments between suppliers and consumers of energy. An introduction of ASCM is a prerequisite for the transition to payment of differentiated electricity rates. It is a strategic goal of improving the efficiency of country's energy potential. This article gives theoretical rationale for implementing AECMSCA for carrying out measurements, collecting, processing and storage of results of measurements, information on conditions of objects and measuring instruments, automatic transmission of information obtained to an integrated automated system of commercial accounting management at the wholesale electricity market. We characterize some practical aspects of AECMSCA implementation in the Far East of the Russian Federation, in particular, in the “South-Yakutsk electrical networks” subsidiary. The final result of the work on upgrading electricity metering systems will be a full (100 per cent) automated data collection on consumed electricity from all metering devices. Prospecting, laying new communications with digging trenches and channels, laying hidden messages by the method of horizontally directed drilling (HDD) are often exposed to failures or performed with significant financial costs due to the lack of information or accidental damaging of power cable lines and pipelines. At the same time, the scope of the tasks of contractors is limited not only by the performance of construction and repair work, but also by providing detailed information (plans, maps and diagrams) about the place of lying of the engineering networks. To avoid such situations, it is necessary to monitor the location of engineering communications. Due to the intensive growth of construction of residential complexes of the city, development of territories, a sharp rise in industry, the demand for thermal energy is steadily growing. The article analyzes the structure of the existing district heating system of the city of Blagoveshchensk and its features. The main problems of the heat supply system are determined. Simulator of work with carbon nanotubes concentrator allows training specialists in nanotechnology. Simulator completely prototypes (models) the Carbon Nanotubes Manufacturing. Simulator is developed in Unity 3D environment. The article contains the description of Unity 3D environment. Operating procedure of simulator consists of 14 stages. At every stage the user inserts or chooses the right answer, sets the mixing parameters. Simulator prototypes (models) compound components mixing process and tests manufactured Carbon Nanotubes. The article describes all stages of Carbon Nanotubes Manufacturing. Figures show work stages of simulator in Google Chrom Browser. Simulator successfully passes all stages of testing.
