The very presence of such elements in automatic control systems causes adverse effects such as reduction in the stability margin, the emergence of self-oscillations (causing a faster wear of mechanisms), as well as greater static error. Improving the quality of transients in automatic control systems (ACS) as well as the techno-economic indicators of control systems by nonlinear control of the ACS processes has served as the necessary basis for creating a software suit based on a fuzzy compensator capable of configuring itself. The paper presents the results of studies into nonlinear elements of automatic control systems; it dwells upon a novel fuzzy approach to compensating the associated nonlinearities. The paper demonstrates the effectiveness of a software module that uses soft computing to automatically configure a fuzzy controller. The composition of information and executive channels is described. The technical means used in the project are listed. In a number of engineering applications there is a need to present these data in the form of empirical formulas of power, exponential and other types, to present the desired dependence in the form of a polynomial. In this case, use the alignment of the original variables. After the transition to the main variables, the proximity of the experimental points to the empirical polynomial does not determine this proximity in the final relation. The paper presents an amendment that ensures this proximity, provides specific types of empirical formulas for which the corresponding systems of corrected normal equations are obtained. As the end nodes of the network, fairly common modules based on the ESP8266EX microprocessor are used, which differ from their competitors not only by the ease of downloading the program code and further use, but also at a relatively affordable price. Theoretical, practical indicators of communication range, the question of the security of the self-organizing network obtained and possible applications are analyzed. Theoretical calculations of the communication range were confirmed experimentally, showing an excellent result in the percentage of received packets. The results obtained completely satisfy the definition of the topology used. Based on the definition of the 802.11s standard, an increase in the network when connecting points can occur at any time, which increases the distance between the sender and the receiver. Turbo-machine with gas bearings have found wide application in the Metalworking, gyroscopes, precision instrumentation, gas compressor stations, etc., what attracts researchers to study the characteristics of their work. The aim of this work is to study the influence of operational and design parameters of gas-static bearings on its dynamic characteristics. The research on contactless bearings, are connected mainly with the study of statistical properties. Therefore, research aimed at improving the stability of the bearings of high-speed machines are, indeed, relevant. The paper presents comparison of results of theoretical and experimental studies of dynamic characteristics of gas-static bearings. The main types of such products are considered, as well as the reasons for the appearance of rejects, which can reach 7% at the molding stage, 40% of the total lot at drying, and after kilning, all products that had a low quality of drying will have defects. Since the shaped products are sensitive to the temperature regime of drying, it is necessary to simulate the movement of heat-transfer agent flows to determine the rational design parameters of the dryer. To this end, several existing designs of chamber dryers with different ways of supplying and organizing the movement of the heat-transfer agent in the chamber space were designed, resulting in their 3D models. Korostelyova","doi":"10.1109/EASTСONF.2019.8725360","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.1109/EASTСONF.2019.8725360","url":null,"abstract":"The article reviews the problem of replacement of energy supply sources at the railroad transport, in particular the sources used to feed signaling, centralizing and interlocking (SIB) devices, from generators operating on DGA type diesel fuel, to renewable energy sources, in particular to solar photovoltaics stations (SPVS) of small and medium capacity. No such research was done at the railroad transport so far. With the purpose of improving the ecological situation and reducing the diesel fuel use, it is necessary to switch to helioenergetics, since it is ecologically sound, plus the insolation level in the Russian Far East is quite high (4% less than in the city of Sochi). To commence these researches we will be limited so far to solar photovoltaics plants (SPVP) of small capacity that are capable of serving several spans of a railroad track. It is necessary though to take into account regional peculiarities of a railroad track while calculating SPVP. First of all it's relatively long extension of tracks as well as severe climate conditions. In the article it is proposed to use SPVP of up to 1,500 W capacity. Such SPVP is suitable for two “Ohmiks” of 630 W and 1,250 W, respectively. Economic evaluation of the cost of 1 kWh per 1 year and for ten years for those two “Ohmiks” was done.
