Hydrogen superheating of the steam flow in the second flash cycle with the high temperature steam from hydrogen-oxygen steam generator can increase steam temperature at turbine by 20-30 $mathbf{K}$ and increase steam quality at turbine outlet by 2-4%. Additional available power can be increased by 5-10% (0.5-0.9 MW) and efficiency of the plant can be increased from 10.0% to 12.1%. Methods: Transportation of electric power of an alternating current to ultra-long distances is possible by compensating or half-wave (tuned to half-wave) power transmission. Findings: In order to transmit electric power with alternating current to long-distance and ultra-long distances, half-wave power transmission should be preferred, since they do not require additional costs for reactive power compensation and, at the same time, have increased capacity. However, the advisability of tuning to a half-wave occurs when the line length is 1500 km or more. The line, which is less than 1500 km long, should be brought to the line of “zero length”. The reactance of the line, the length of which is less than the boundary length, that is, less than 1500 km, is proposed to be compensated and lead to a “zero” length line to increase throughput and stabilize the voltage regime along the line with the help of a thyristor parameter stabilizer developed at the Institute of Physical and Technical Problems of the North them. Conclusions: A trunk line is proposed in the north, providing the centralized electricity supply to the new industrial centers of the northern and arctic regions of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia). The described method is oriented to processing of spatio-temporal data streams. Two stages for identifying characteristic trajectories are considered. The first step is to solve the clustering problem for the analyzed data. The second stage is identifying the most frequently encountered sets of clusters. The time period of information to be processed should be chosen. The object of the research is street lighting. The subject of the research is replacing the lamp type and power. The paper deals with the current situation of street lighting on the basis of the existing RKU (mercury console street) type with DRL (arc mercury) 250W lamps. The modern software products allowed to hold computer modeling of street lighting and calculation of standardized parameters for the option of using ZhKU (sodium console) lighting with DNat (high-pressure sodium) 150W lamps. There has been made a lighting calculation of a road section with the existing RKU-250 lamps and a comparative lighting calculation with ZhKU-150 lamps. There is a graphic performance of 2D and 3D lighting models of the test road section. The normative GOST value of the average luminance is demonstrated. There has been made a calculation of basic lighting parameters (average brightness, average luminance, maximum luminance, minimum luminance). There is information about financial cost of street lighting modernization. There has been calculated the annual economic impact of replacing DRL 250W lamps with DNat 150W lamps. There has been made a calculation of the payback period of the project. The energy-saving effect has been received. Then these information are transferred to the integrated management system for the ACP. The structure of information support is presented and analyzed. This structure, takig into account the current situation and the process of packing and compacting the mixture, corrects the mode of operation of the plant equipment and ensures the production of an asphalt - concrete mixture of the required quality. The algorithm of automatic control of the capture angle of the blade of the motor grader in the process of cutting and moving the soil along the parameter characterizing the current productivity is presented. An imitating model of the motor grader's work was developed for cutting and moving the soil with the proposed automatic control system for changing the angle of capture of the oblique blade of the motor grader. Under whatever scenario the development of the domestic economy was built, its implementation is impossible without raw materials [1]. This applies to oil and gas raw materials, which are the basis of the country's export potential, as well as to rare-earth elements, without which it is practically impossible to build an innovative economy. The relevance of the presented research is the formation of multifactorial models of production and reserves by types of raw materials, which are characterized by the highest repayment rates in the Central Federal District (CFD). The result of the analysis of methodologies for the implementation of information systems showed that none of the reviewed methodologies is suitable for the presented features of the project. Therefore, it was suggested to use Agile software development and IT projects managing Serum framework as a methodology for implementing information systems. For this purpose, the Agile software development was modified in accordance with the specifics of the implementing information systems methodologies. The process of implementing the e-learning system basing on Agile software development was described on the example of the implementation project done.
