The current system of subsoil management at the federal and regional levels is considered from the point of view of interaction in the part of solving the problem of accounting and information support for common mineral resources. The methodological base of the research is the use of structural analysis and design methodology in the IDEF0 notation using the Ramus software. With the contextual diagram of the functional model of the subsoil management process, the place and role of territorial geoinformation analytical system of geological and economic monitoring in the structure of management of the state fund of subsurface resources is determined. The subsequent decomposition of management process made it possible to detail the powers of management bodies of the subsoil fund within the framework of the geoinformation analytical system in terms of management level of the subsoil fund. In the result it is concluded that to solve the problems of interaction of Federal and regional authorities in the sphere of common mineral resources, the creation of a territorial geoinformation systems of geological and economic monitoring is required, that has a hierarchical multilayer structure with the purpose of cooperation of various authorities and subsoil users to increase management efficiency of mineral raw material complex, which will contribute to: standardization of information exchange ways, formation of a unified methodological base of geological-economic information of legal acts and standards; development of regional funds of geological-economic information; form on the territory of the region of cluster economic structures built taking into account the available natural and mineral potentials, which are the locomotives of regional economy development.","PeriodicalId":261560,"journal":{"name":"2019 International Science and Technology Conference \"EastСonf\"","volume":"31 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0000,"publicationDate":"2019-03-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":"5","resultStr":"{\"title\":\"Formation of Interaction Model in the Management System of the Mineral Wealth Fund of Common Mineral Resources\",\"authors\":\"V. 摘要
