Organizational and Economic Conditions for Ensuring the Accelerated Development of the Russian Energy Sector on the Basis of Industrial Technology Platforms

Abstract

Based on the analysis of priority regulatory and legal acts in the field of Russia's long-term economic development, the features of building innovative sectoral technology platforms in the energy sector that are traditionally key to the state's economy are revealed, which is the plane in which it is necessary to build effective partnerships between industrial enterprises, the research and educational sector, and the state in the field of joint advanced development. Based on the experience of the formation and development of energy innovation structures abroad and the comparative analysis of Russian energy structures taking into account the goals and objectives of innovative development, the prospects for creating an intersectoral technology platform with the participation of enterprises and organizations of the energy industry are determined, the need for its construction is determined, and its structure is proposed. The formation of the proposed interbranch technological platform can become an important infrastructure element of the programs of strategic development of the branch and regional economy based on the development of the real production sector.
