Probe of transient factors of milling on vibration stator is lead. Correlation between gain of quality indicators of beating material and vibration stator is shown. New ways of steering by knife grinding machines on amplitude vibration stator and the account of other oblique parameters of operation mills are offered. The developed ways are irreplaceable at automatic control knife grinding machines with two zones mill. There have been done research and the integrated assessment of the efficiency of the use of own generation sources for the purpose of power supply of enterprises situated on the territory of Tyumen region in the context of ambiguous interrelations of the economy, power engineering and development of territories. In connection with the own generation increase, restrictions for the introduction of foreign equipment and the development of import substitution, there has emerged an urgent problem of applying modern power supply schemes. The article gives a review of the methodical approach based on the overall assessment of territorial and economic development of the areas. The assessment involves considering the requested level of regularity and mobility of installations as well as conditions of connection to the centralized energy source. Besides, it is necessary to analyze technical and economic characteristics of the existing units. The researcher formulated and put in order the criteria that allow comparing and estimating energy parks with heating and trigeneration cycles on the most balanced basis. There is represented a technique of determining the effectiveness of autonomous power supply sources of an industrial enterprise with the use of modern energy-saving schemes based on a new generation of refrigerating machines. It is necessary for creation of comfortable working and recreational conditions. Special attention is paid to the heat-exchange devices which are used for the various types of heat supply systems. It is revealed that shell-and-tube heat exchangers are the most widespread. The emphasis is placed on increase in productivity of such devices by turbulization of liquid at the heat-exchange surface. Basic researches on increase in flow turbulization at the flat firm surface are considered. It leads to the increase in heat emission from the firm surface to the liquid. The article is based on the analysis of priority areas of technological development and strategic orientations of Russia's main trading partners and competitors in the energy sector in order to assess the prospects for further cooperation. An analysis of the technology benchmarks shows that the priority areas - energy efficiency and renewable energy sources in general do not depend on the strength of countries with traditional energy resources. The differences in the perspective directions of development of energy technologies of Russia and partner countries are determined. It is proved that in recent years, the so-called. “New energy” has become one of the key national priorities of developed and developing countries, which led to huge investments in infrastructure, production, support of demand in order to ensure rapid growth of the relevant markets. At the same time, the main focus is on renewable energy sources, “new transport” and “smart networks”, which act as technologies capable of providing an energy revolution and a new cycle of sustainable economic growth. The work defines serious limitations in the development of the energy sector and energy technologies: not the optimal policy for supporting technology, unfavorable development conditions and high expectations. Data from four channels of a combined hydroacoustic receiver is processed to identify a signal against noise and build 3D sonograms of the sound field. Linear and nonlinear processing algorithms were applied to separate the useful signal. A series of numerical experiments was carried out at different angles of rotation of the channel. The problem of forming thin-walled elements of aviation structures is considered. An estimation of the behavior of a sheet blank during the forming process is given. The stress state of the billet in the process of nucleation and development of the corrugation was investigated. Creation of production plans for small-serial and single enterprises is NP a difficult task. The real production environment is a set of technological equipment, tool rigging and measuring facilities. Fulfilment of the production order comprises distribution of technological operations for each part and assembly unit product in the structure of the order. According to the authors, one of the main problems consists in disparity between the real production environment and models of plans creation production. For the solution of this problem in the article, approach of creation of the general corporative balanced plan is proposed, which is based on the use of a common information space and a single core of planning. When creating the information space for placing of a planning core, authors as the main priority considered production process, e.i. process of transformation of raw materials in a finished articles. Therefore the core of management is presented in the form of set of the functions placed in the center space of management with two measurements. The plan of any subdivision of the enterprise connected with production is formed in the form of projections of technological operations to the corresponding coordinates of a common corporative information space of planning. Based on the analysis of existing methods for assessing the innovation potential of economic systems, it is revealed that the development of a system of indicators for the analysis of innovation potential is a complex and unresolved problem to date, while a common lack of the evaluation methods used is the lack of a systematic approach to the choice of evaluation indicators.
