There have been done research and the integrated assessment of the efficiency of the use of own generation sources for the purpose of power supply of enterprises situated on the territory of Tyumen region in the context of ambiguous interrelations of the economy, power engineering and development of territories. In connection with the own generation increase, restrictions for the introduction of foreign equipment and the development of import substitution, there has emerged an urgent problem of applying modern power supply schemes. The article gives a review of the methodical approach based on the overall assessment of territorial and economic development of the areas. The assessment involves considering the requested level of regularity and mobility of installations as well as conditions of connection to the centralized energy source. Besides, it is necessary to analyze technical and economic characteristics of the existing units. The researcher formulated and put in order the criteria that allow comparing and estimating energy parks with heating and trigeneration cycles on the most balanced basis. There is represented a technique of determining the effectiveness of autonomous power supply sources of an industrial enterprise with the use of modern energy-saving schemes based on a new generation of refrigerating machines.
