Atomizing occupies an extremely important place in power engineering, when burning liquid fuels. In this work provides verification of the method for modeling the atomizing of a gas-liquid stream from a pneumatic nozzle. Primary atomization is modelled using Large Eddy Simulation model (LES) and The Volume Of Fluid model (VOF). The results of the calculations show an acceptable agreement with experiment on the main characteristics of the spray. Since most of the SDW is stored in landfills and rubbish dumps, this inevitably leads to the alienation of large areas. Moreover landfills are often sources of secondary pollution of the environment: conditions are created at waste storage sites that contribute to the spread of infections and the occurrence of fires. In connection with the foregoing, the solution of the problem of waste treatment has become of primary importance in recent years. The article analyzes of known methods of SDW processing, special attention is paid to plasma technology based on the use of a plasma chemical reactor and a low-temperature plasma generator - a plasmatron. The mobile unit will partially solve the environmental problem in places of mass recreation. In a stationary version, the unit can be used for generating heat and electric energy. Plasma technology can allow not only to completely dispose of dangerous wastes, but also to produce goods and services ready for consumption. Merits and demerits of hard traction characteristics of the asynchronous drive as compared to soft traction characteristics of the collector drive on realization of traction force at the limit of adhesion and fast adhesion recovery after slipping emergence are assessed. The conclusion is drawn about impossibility of sustained locomotive operation at the limit of adhesion although locomotive operating mode regards slipping as operating traction mode. A patent-information study was carried out. The object of the study is the energy recovery system in the gas transition from the main to the distribution pipeline. The subject of the study is to determine the dependence of the recovery efficiency on the magnitude of the pressure difference, the transported gas temperature, and also the distribution network gas flow in schemes with gas expansion-generator unit. To improve the energy efficiency of the gas reduction system, new schemes of plants for generating electricity, heat and cold have been proposed. As an optimization criterion, the recovery efficiency has been chosen. The research methodology, the scheme of the laboratory research stand, and the scheme of the measuring path are proposed. The complex operates autonomously using the Bluetooth module or remotely through Cloud services and Wi-Fi connection. The accelerated technique of instant diagnostics of the most widespread human diseases has been offered. The design parameters of the cycle are set up on the basis of the component technologies of today's state-of-the-art gas turbines with a turbine inlet temperature between 1100°C and 1700°C. The optimal pressure ratio ranges for the considered turbine inlet temperatures are identified and a comparison with existing evaluations is made. For the optimal initial parameters E-MATIANT net efficiency varies from 42.0 to 49.8% without considering turbine cooling. An influence of additional reheat in combustor chamber on cycle efficiency was identified. Two turbine cooling schemes are proposed. The maximum net efficiency of E-MATIANT cycle, which is equal to 44.0%, is obtained for turbine inlet temperature equal to 1400°C and turbine inlet pressure equal to 40 bar taking into account turbine cooling. An influence of water injection in coolant flow on cycle efficiency was estimated. It is requiring significant computing resources of signal processing tools, as well as a special approach to writing software. This article demonstrates a block diagram of the device and describes algorithm, which realize a recording of a signal, speech recognition process, compressing, coding and transmitting. LabView15 is used as the development environment, and myRIO-1900 with FPGA is used to develop the device. The Python programming language is used to implement the algorithm for detecting speech in a noisy signal. A method based on the formant theory of intelligibility was used as a method of recognizing a speech signal. We show that there are four possible selections for excluding the false operation of relay protection determined by saturation of magnetic conductors in current transformers and existence in short-circuit currents in aperiodic components. Features of relay protection of block “generator-transformer” in case of change of transformation coefficient of the transformer are considered.
