Abstract

Based on the analysis of the problems of interrelation of innovative processes in the national economy with sectoral development in the framework of specific technological structures, the conceptual model of the mechanism of accelerated development of the industry has been developed and justified, which allows to prove that technology transfer is an indispensable tool for project management, optimally corresponding to the task of accelerated development. Based on the analysis of existing methods for assessing the innovation potential of economic systems, it is revealed that the development of a system of indicators for the analysis of innovation potential is a complex and unresolved problem to date, while a common lack of the evaluation methods used is the lack of a systematic approach to the choice of evaluation indicators. It is substantiated that the assessment of innovative potential should consist in obtaining private indicators with further reduction to a generalized indicator, which is expedient to use, the criterion of maximum efficiency of using innovative potential.
