Formation of the Model of Sustainable Development of Enterprises of the Mineral and Raw Materials Complex on the Basis of Geological and Economic Monitoring

One of the most important factors in the development of The relevance of the research is the development of a model of sustainable development of mineral and raw materials' sector enterprises based on the system approach covering all levels and functions of managing the subsoil fund, all stages of the geological exploration process and built using modern geo-information technologies and web systems that provide all interested users with up-to-date geological and economic information. The subject of the study is the methodological approach to conducting geological and economic monitoring with regard to the formation of a model for the sustainable development of enterprises in the mineral and raw materials' sector, including its organizational and economic foundations for the effective functioning of the mineral and raw materials' sector. The purpose of the study is the scientific and methodological justification of geological and economic monitoring and the methodology for its implementation in the management of enterprises of the mineral and raw materials' sector. The theoretical and methodological fundamentals of the research are based on the methods of system analysis and modeling, structural analysis and the control system design, process approach, methods of mathematical statistics and econometrics, correlation-regression analysis and forecasting, mapping and economic grouping methods, cluster approach and graph method. The system of geological and economic monitoring developed within the framework of the study is used by: the Federal Budget Institution “Territorial Fund of Geological Information for the Central Federal District” (Moscow).
