It is expected that technology can be optimized to improve productivity and performance. In banking sector, technology plays important role to ease the financial transaction and minimize cost. In the digital age, most of individual activities are conducted by technology, including completing their financial transaction. Technology also helps to promote financial inclusion. Furthermore, the Covid-19 pandemic has leveraged the digital adoption into different level due to the social distancing practice. This study aims to investigate the fintech strategy to enter the financial service sector, and how bank response the fintech development. This study is a qualitative research which implemented depth interviews and content analysis. Moreover, this paper utilized both primary and secondary data in order to provide valid investigation. This study found that fintech is basically innovative, and promotes innovative strategy to enter the financial service industry, while banks have already prepared to compete in the digital age. The result of fishbein analysis is as follows four most important evaluation attribute is the number of flavor variations of 1.56, then ease of obtaining products, product halalness and quick/practical in serving with scores of 1.53, 1.42 and 1.35 respectively.The smallest evaluation value is given to the gift-giving attribute in the sale of 0.59 packs.This illustrates that respondents consider promotional attributes in the form of gifts less important than other attributes.However, the score is still in an important category. From the behavioral model it appears that of the four brands analyzed having a value of B ~ BI positive (greater than zero) this means the consumer behavior for the above brands is good or positive.Indomie has the largest value of 30.58 compared to other brands describing the attitude of consumers inclined to make purchases against larger Indomie.Keywords: Consumer Behavior, Fishbein Analysis, Instant Noodles, Subjective Norm Analysis, Theory of Reasoned Action","PeriodicalId":259015,"journal":{"name":"The Management Journal of Binaniaga","volume":"37 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-12-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129696196","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The independent variable in this study is social responsibility and corporate governance, while the dependent variable is the risk of stock prices. There are four control variables in this study, namely company size, return on equity (ROE), earnings per share (EPS), and stock price volatility. This study collects data from 26 banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange over a period of 5 years (2014-2018) and uses a multiple regression model for testing. The findings of this study indicate that social responsibility, company size, ROE, EPS, and stock price volatility have no significant effect on stock price risk. Meanwhile, corporate governance has a significant positive effect on stock price risk. The results of this research can be used to present a successful model for banking companies in Indonesia to concentrate more on social responsibility and corporate governance in mitigating their share price risk. All studies have used NCSKEW and DUVOL as measures of share price risk. This study uses 97 faculty members’ data, collected from 78 departments in 17 private universities in Lembaga Layanan Pendidikan Tinggi (LLDikti) III. Structural Equation Modelling - Partial Least Square technique was used to determine statistical significance and path coefficients for the model. The findings indicate that servant leadership significantly affects organizational virtuousness, organizational virtuousness has a significant effect on both collegial / rational decision-making and organizational effectiveness, and organizational virtuousness has a significant effect on organizational effectiveness as well. This research reveals that servant leadership plays a substantial role in developing a virtuous culture, whereas authentic leadership has not contributed to encourage organizational virtuousness in private universities’ departments. Organizational virtuousness practices in departments result in more organizational effectiveness and enable them to exercise collegial / rational decision-making process for the allocation of resources.
