Techniques of Analysis has applied multiple linear regression analysis to show the extent of which the price, comfort and trust either partially or simultaneously have affected the decision to buy online. Simultaneous result indicated that the effects of the price, comfort, trust either partially and simultaneously had affected the decision to buy online. This result is indicated by the value of Fcount of 40.938. However, Ftable df: α, (k-1), (n-k) = 0.05, (2-1), (151-3) is 4.60. Therefore the calculation of Fcount > Ftable (40.938 > 4,60) at sig. value of 0.000 < 5% (0.05). The population of this study are head office employees which is 1,413 employees. The formula determines the number of samples based on Slovin, after the calculation, it is obtained a sample of 312 samples. The research instrument is a questionnaire. The collected data are tested by using correlation analysis techniques. The results has showed that: 1. Transformational leadership partially relates to the commitment to the organization, 2. Partial personality has related to the commitment,to the organization 3. Transformational leadership and personality simultaneously correlate positively to the commitment organization having the ratio of 0.770, then the functional relationship is obtained by equation = 27,589 + 0,725X1 + 0,17 X2 and the coefficient of determination or contribution of transformational leadership and personality simultaneously to the commitment to the organization is 59,3%. Collection research data through interviews, observation, and distribution of questionnaires to 110 respondent. The sample in this study were employees who worked at PT. Intrasari Raya Bogor. The sampling method uses simple random sampling. The research data was analyzed using the SPSS version 20. The results showed that work life quality and job satisfaction on organizational commitment had a positive and significant effect, both partially and simultaneously where t-value 4.694>t-table 1.6592 and F-value 31.054>F-table 3.08. Organizational commitment of 64.5% is influenced by other variables not included in this study. Companies are expected to be able to think of other strategies in implementing quality work life and increasing employee satisfaction so as to create strong employee commitment. The population of this study is all food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2015-2017 as many as 18 companies. While the sample is determined using the purposive sampling method. Companies that meet the criteria are only 7 companies. To analyze the data used multiple linear regression methods. The results of research, own capital rentability and current partial ratio (CR) has a negative and significant effect on the dividend payout ratio. Meanwhile, debt to equity ratio (DER) and return on assets (ROA) partially have a positive and significant effect on the dividend payout ratio. The results of the F-test show that the variable profitability of own capital rentability, solvency, profitability and liquidity simultaneously influence dividend policy. The result has indicated that quality service and price simultaneously have affected significantly the customers satisfaction. In its use, the employee attendance system must be able to accommodate the needs of its users, namely employees and staffing. This research evaluates user satisfaction over system applications using the Technology Acceptance Model approach. The evaluation was conducted by assessing the level of perception and satisfaction level of 40 users, in this case, employees. The research variable used is perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use (level of ease of use received), and user satisfaction (level of user satisfaction). Computing process was done by fuzzy methods. The results showed that some quality of the application could not meet the expectations of employees at this time. The only variable that met the performance and expectation was perceived ease. The design of the quantitative research has used descriptive method and verification one and secondary data. Subject of this research is KSPPS BMT Binaul Ummah Bogor City and the object of this research is the annual report of KSPPS BMT Binaul Ummah from 2013-2017 regarding net revenue, personal capital and loan capital. The analysis tool uses multiple regression F test and t test with a probability level of five percent. The results of the research show that the description of personal capital, loan capital and net revenue in general is fluctuating annually. Net revenue has significantly decreased every year. Simultaneously personal capital and loan capital have a positive and significant effect upon net revenue at the Cooperative Business Unit of KSPPS BMT Binaul Ummah. Partially personal capital does not have a positive and significant effect upon net revenue of the co-operative business unit. However, loan capital has a positive and significant effect upon net revenue at KSPPS BMT Binaul Ummah. Referring to Kotler & Armstrong (2008:166), promotion mix is also named Marketing Communication Mix, having the promotion mix the company could communicate the value of the audiences persuasively and develop the relationship with the customers. The writer has applied the theory of Kotler (2009:175) about the promotion mix (marketing communication mix) consisting of eight tools of promotion mix as the basic of the reseach which is promotion, marketing promotion, events and experiences, public relation and publicity, direct marketing, interactive marketing, mouth to mouth marketing, personal selling. Loyalty variable as Y variable, the writer has applied the theory from Grifin (2002:31) the audiences loyalty consists of four characters: (1) makes regular repeat purchase, (2) purchases across products or services line, (3) recommends other products (refers other), and (4) demonstrates on immunity to the full of the competition. Griffin (2002:31). Result of the analysis in this research has applied the method of SEM analysis (Structure Equation Models) indicating that the promotion mix has significantly affected the loyalty of audiences which is 61.9%, however the rest of 38.1% is the contribution of other variables that is not studied.
