This type of research is descriptive with a qualitative approach using secondary data. The research subjects were 4 banking issuers included in the Top 10 IHSG Fact Sheet Constituents as of September 2023 published by the IDX. The object of the research is graphic data and monthly shares price movement trends for 4 issuers from November 2022 to November 2023. This data is analyzed using a modern technical analysis approach using MACD and RSI indicators via the tradingview.com site. The research results show that in general there is an upward trend in issuers' share prices as evidenced by signals of bullish momentum on the MACD and an overbought situation on the RSI. This provides investors with initial information to make decisions about selling shares in order to obtain optimal returns. The phenomenon of inflation and high interest rates because of the emergence of the issue of economic recession in 2023 will not have a significant impact on the trend of share price movements of banking issuers.","PeriodicalId":259015,"journal":{"name":"The Management Journal of Binaniaga","volume":" 11","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-12-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"139141275","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

An adaptation resulting from this progress is the digital payment system. Changes in the payment system have increased the demand for mobile payment services, leading to the emergence of competition among service providers. One of this competition’s services is Go-Pay, an integrated mobile payment service within its parent company's main application. This research aims to identify the characteristics of Go-Pay mobile payment service users, analyze the importance and performance levels of each e-service quality attribute of Go-Pay, and assess user satisfaction with Go-Pay. The methods used include descriptive analysis, Importance Performance Analysis (IPA), and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI). The research results show that users consider sixteen out of twenty-four attributes important. Go-Pay demonstrates a high level of alignment between performance and importance, reaching 97%. The calculated CSI falls into the 'very satisfactory' category.","PeriodicalId":259015,"journal":{"name":"The Management Journal of Binaniaga","volume":" 4","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-12-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"139141497","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The capital market is a place where investors as fund owners meet with issuers as companies seeking funds. In making a decision to invest, an investor needs a financial report to find out information and to use it as consideration if the investor wants to invest. The test results for the income smoothing variable show that the regression coefficient is positive at 2.805. The t statistical test for the Income Smoothing variable obtained a calculated t value of 2.805 which was greater than the t table value of 1.668. The significance value obtained was 0.007, which was smaller than the predetermined significance value, namely 0.05. This shows that income smoothing has an effect on the market reaction of the company. The test results above show that ROA with earnings response has a positive regression direction, so that an increase in ROA causes an increase in Company Value. The results of the t test show that the Roa variable has a t value > t table (3.804> 1.668) and a significance value < 0.05, namely the significance level obtained (0.000 < 0.05).","PeriodicalId":259015,"journal":{"name":"The Management Journal of Binaniaga","volume":" 88","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-12-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"139139515","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
