This research uses a quantitative descriptive method. The population in this research was all 45 employees at PT. Rezky Service System and also a sample. Data collection was conducted using questionnaires and observation. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression using the SPSS program. The results of this research show that partially the variable perception of organizational support, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on job engagement among PT employees. Rezky Service System, while the job demands variable has no significant effect on job engagement among PT employees. 摘要
