Cyberloafing is the practise of using the Internet for personal purposes while at work. The purpose of this research is to ascertain if employees' levels of job satisfaction in Cikarang can mitigate the impact of job stress on cyberloafing. This study is a quantitative survey with as many as one hundred participants from all across Cikarang. The cyberloafing scale, job satisfaction survey, and general work stress scale are only few of the instruments used to collect data. Moderated Regression Analysis was used for the data analysis. The findings implicated work-related stress as a causal factor of cyberloafing. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of employment status and commitment on employee performance at PT PLN (Persero) UIKL Sulawesi. \u0000Data Collection Methods in the form of Questionnaires, Observation and Documentation, questionnaires distributed to sources and interviews conducted to sources with a population of 140 employees with the number of samples taking the entire population consisting of permanent employees, non-permanent employees and outsourced employees. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression using SPSS for windows software. \u0000This result can be interpreted that the higher the employment status, the higher the employee performance. Employee commitment has a significant effect on employee performance. There is also a way to take samples, namely using saturated samples (saturation sampling) by means of questionnaires given to all graduate students who are active in lectures as many as 118 people in the time period January 30, 2023 to February 9, 2023, from 118 samples that provide responses or feedback totaling 61 people \u0000According to the results of the analysis, it can be seen that the promotion mix has a significant impact on the purchase decision, the greater the chance of the purchase decision when purchasing or using our products. From the results of the analysis, it can be seen that there is a significant impact between lifestyle and purchase decisions. According to the results of the path analysis, there is no evidence that the promotion mix has a significant impact on lifestyle purchase decisions. In order for management activities to run well, companies must have employees who are knowledgeable and highly skilled and try to manage the company as optimally as possible so that employee performance can increase. This study aims to find efforts to improve employee performance and find out how much influence the work environment has on employee performance through job satisfaction. This research is a quantitative research, survey approach using questionnaires with path analysis techniques, with 55 respondents from the production employees of PT Namura Tehnik Sejahtera. The results of the study show that the work environment has a direct positive effect on employee performance, job satisfaction has a positive direct effect on performance employees, the work environment has a positive effect on job satisfaction, and the work environment has a positive indirect effect on employee performance through job satisfaction. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa dan mengetahui Pengaruh Brand Ambassador, Brand Image, dan Shopping Lifestyle terhadap Keputusan Pembelian di Tokopedia. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan jumlah sampel sebanyak 91 responden yang didapat melalui teknik nonprobality sampling dan purposive sampling pada pengguna Tokopedia di kota Bekasi. This structure facilitates communication and coordination, so that the tasks of empowering ancestral trusts in the form of preserving nature and agriculture (pamakayaan) can be accomplished properly. The qualitative descriptive method is used as an analytical knife which is then conducted by the hierarchical analysis process (AHP). The structure that has been owned and used for hundreds of years is in the form of a line (line organization).The most preferred organizational structure from the perspective of the Kasepuhan Banten Kidul indigenous people is the Divisional Organizational Structure with the highest score (0.68) compared to other alternative types of organizational structures, namely simple (line) and functional structural models. It becomes two sides that must be balanced. The problem that occurs is that the distribution of loans to members is only 42% of the ideal ratio of 70-80%. This study aims to find out the formulations made and realized in the implementation in the last five (5) years. While the methods used are observations, interviews and questionnaires with the support of complete documentation. Based on the results of research by KSP CU Bina Seroja, it has actually made products both deposits and loans that vary to be able to attract the interest of its members. However, the number of loans disbursed in the last 5 (five) years has never reached more than 50%, even the last two years it was only 47% and dropped to 42%. The results of the respondents in choosing CU were the use of technology in serving members (33%), good communication (29%), and ease of obtaining loans (26%).
