Therefore, this study aims to analyze employee perceptions of the work environment and work motivation at Semen Padang Hospital and to analyze the effect of the work environment and work motivation on employee performance during the Covid-19 pandemic using descriptive analysis and SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) analysis. Based on descriptive analysis, employee perceptions regarding the work environment and work motivation are included in the good criteria. However, its existence is sufficient to create a potential negative return risk in the non-January trading month. So this research purposes to identify the characteristics of the January effect anomaly that occurs and its effect on abnormal stock returns in the long term of five years. The research sample contains 27 publicly listed company stocks in the LQ45 index from 2016 to 2020. The analytical tool used in this research is a multiple linear regression model with panel data method. This research finds that the January effect anomaly only occurs in some stocks in the LQ45 index. The peak occurred in 2018 and 2019. According to the regression test, it was found that the January effect anomaly had no significant effect on stock abnormal returns. Thus, the recommendation for investors is not to overreact to the January effect anomaly. Sources of data in this study obtained from 98 respondents in the city of Bogor. Statistical analysis used in this study includes analysis of the multi-attribute fishbein model, subjective norms and theory of reasoned action. The results of the fishbein analysis on the evaluation of attributes from the most important to the least important in a row are the quality of raw materials, ease of obtaining, affordable prices, attractive promotions, attractive packaging, varied product types, and brands with a score of 1.57 each. , 1.54, 1.53, 1.49, 1.45, 1.36, 1.26. Meanwhile, consumer attitudes towards the brand are 44.94 which illustrates good consumer attitudes and tends to make repeat purchases. From the behavioral model, it appears that of the seven attributes analyzed have a positive B~BI value (greater than zero) this means that consumer behavior in STIKBAB is good or positive. The marketing strategy that can be taken is to maintain the trust value for the attributes that are most important to consumers (evaluation) and increase the attributes that are still not able to meet the requirements of consumer evaluation.","PeriodicalId":259015,"journal":{"name":"The Management Journal of Binaniaga","volume":"10 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-06-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128400607","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
