The hypotheses of this research are 1) Work environment has a significant effect on employee performance at PT Braling Wisnu Satriya Purbalingga, 2) Compensation has a significant effect on employee performance at PT Braling Wisnu Satriya Purbalingga, 3) Work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance at PT Braling Wisnu Satriya Purbalingga. 摘要

本研究的目的是确定和分析工作环境、薪酬和工作动机对PT Braling Wisnu Satriya Purbalingga员工绩效的影响。本研究假设:1)工作环境对PT Braling Wisnu Satriya Purbalingga员工绩效有显著影响;2)薪酬对PT Braling Wisnu Satriya Purbalingga员工绩效有显著影响;3)工作动机对PT Braling Wisnu Satriya Purbalingga员工绩效有显著影响。为检验自变量对因变量的影响,采用多元线性回归分析,根据分析结果,t₁值为2.653,t₂为4.682,t为2.627,且每个t均大于t表(1.672),表示Ho拒绝或Ha接受,因此根据t检验,接受第一、第二、第三个假设。关键词:工作环境,薪酬,工作动机,员工绩效
