According to the specific requirements (live transmission and recording of music and theatre festivals, as well as sport events) complex and versatile equipment is needed. An additional requirement (as small as possible physical dimensions of the vehicle) is dictated by the road conditions: the van is intended for the seaside and mountain roads dominant in Montenegro. A compromise between these opposite requirements, small vehicle dimensions and huge technical performance requirements, had to be resolved. The paper describes the facilities installed in the final design.","PeriodicalId":253344,"journal":{"name":"5th International Conference on Telecommunications in Modern Satellite, Cable and Broadcasting Service. Nevertheless, in the design of high performance electrical drives, the choice of DC motor was preferable, since its torque and flux are controlled independently through two separate terminals. To match this suitable feature of a DC motor in servo applications, the concept of vector control was developed to enable decoupled control of the flux and torque of the induction motor; thus, Tesla's motor may enable control characteristics of a DC motor. In this paper, it is shown how Tesla's induction motor can be applied in the design of digitally controlled speed servo drive in the presence of immeasurable arbitrary torque disturbances. For rejection of effects of torque disturbance on the steady-state value of motor speed the principle of absorption is applied in the design of a disturbance estimator within the control portion of the system controlling structure.","PeriodicalId":253344,"journal":{"name":"5th International Conference on Telecommunications in Modern Satellite, Cable and Broadcasting Service. We propose a new adaptive FIR filter algorithm for echo cancellation in such applications. The proposed algorithm differs from the conventional one by the construction of input signals in an optimal way using the D-optimal experiment design. The advantage in using the proposed adaptive FIR echo canceller is demonstrated through simulation results.","PeriodicalId":253344,"journal":{"name":"5th International Conference on Telecommunications in Modern Satellite, Cable and Broadcasting Service. Our service exploits a technique called distributed partial mixing to dynamically adapt to varying numbers of speakers and network congestion. A collection of networked audio mixers is arranged as a distributed graph. Each mixes subsets of its input audio streams into one or more mixed streams, which it forwards along with any unmixed streams. This reduces network traffic but at the cost of also reducing the audio quality. An experiment demonstrates how our implementation dynamically manages the trade-off between congestion and audio quality when compared to the approaches of peer-to-peer forwarding and total mixing. We also demonstrate how our approach can be realised in a way that is fair to the TCP protocol and so operates as a \"good Internet citizen\".","PeriodicalId":253344,"journal":{"name":"5th International Conference on Telecommunications in Modern Satellite, Cable and Broadcasting Service. The procedure is based on domain segmentation and then replacing segments with their equivalent RLC circuits. There are a lot of different segment types: rectangular, squared, trapezoidal, radial etc. For all these segment types equivalent networks and circuits elements are derived. A very important aspect of the model is its accuracy. In this paper, model accuracy depending on segment size is discussed. Analysis has been carried on for the rectangular subsection type, but similar conclusions can be obtained for the other segment shapes. The derived results are illustrated on a numerical example.","PeriodicalId":253344,"journal":{"name":"5th International Conference on Telecommunications in Modern Satellite, Cable and Broadcasting Service. Using relatively new basic and derived equations, some concrete results are derived. Being complementary to the classical theory, this work may stimulate the specialist for further more concrete elaboration. In comparison with the differential, equivalent or complementary algebraic treatments of EM fields, their carriers and respective potentials in motion, as well as of EM energy flows, are discussed. At least one of the two operative advantages is thus achieved: the differential equations are substituted by algebraic equations, or six field components are reduced to four.","PeriodicalId":253344,"journal":{"name":"5th International Conference on Telecommunications in Modern Satellite, Cable and Broadcasting Service.
