The load in the form of a homogeneous dielectric slab with losses located on the bottom of the cavity is considered. The appropriate neural model is investigated in which knowledge about resonant frequency behaviour, defined in approximate approach, is integrated. In the aim of comparison, the considered cavity is modeled using classical multilayer perception (MLP) network, too. For the same training set the appropriate MLP model, giving best results, is investigated. The accuracy of both models as well as the advantage of using KBNN model is illustrated through the example of TM/sub 112/ mode.","PeriodicalId":253344,"journal":{"name":"5th International Conference on Telecommunications in Modern Satellite, Cable and Broadcasting Service. The geopathogenic zones are the influencing zones of the underground flowing waters and geological clefts, which have negative effects on living organisms. Because the nature of geopathogenic influences is unknown so far, there are hitherto no instruments for its detection and measurement. Here the first preliminary results of objective detection of the geopathogenic zones influence on the brain wave frequency are given. This is the first physical detection of the geopathogenic zones so far.","PeriodicalId":253344,"journal":{"name":"5th International Conference on Telecommunications in Modern Satellite, Cable and Broadcasting Service. There are, as well, other competing network approaches, such as optical time division multiplexing (OTDM) and code division multiplexing (CDM), both suffering from severe limitations and still immature technology. This paper reviews some major technological developments in architectures, devices and systems involved in WDM optical network evolution and discusses issues dealing with optimal exploitation of fiber bandwidth for information transmission and processing.","PeriodicalId":253344,"journal":{"name":"5th International Conference on Telecommunications in Modern Satellite, Cable and Broadcasting Service. Teleworking is a way of working in which the work is carried out at a distance form the employer or constructor for whom it is intended. Teleworking provides more effectively geographically distributed work functions, economic development, and reduction of air pollution, traffic congestion and the need for increased road infrastructure. Technological underdeveloped countries like ours, which possess considerable expert potential, may have a great development perspective of teleworking.","PeriodicalId":253344,"journal":{"name":"5th International Conference on Telecommunications in Modern Satellite, Cable and Broadcasting Service. In this framework, a new class of independent identically distributed stochastic image priors is considered to obtain a simple and tractable solution in a closed analytical form. The proposed prior model is considered in the form of a student distribution. The experimental results demonstrate the high fidelity of this model for approximation of the sub-band distributions of wavelet coefficients. The obtained solution is presented in the form of well-studied shrinkage functions.","PeriodicalId":253344,"journal":{"name":"5th International Conference on Telecommunications in Modern Satellite, Cable and Broadcasting Service. The overall filter structure is based on the periodic model filter, complementary periodic model filter, and masking filters. The periodic model filter is obtained by replacing each delay in the prototype low-pass IIR filter by M delays. Masking filters are designed to eliminate unwanted bands from the periodic model filter or complementary periodic model filter. The transition bandwidth of the overall filter is M times smaller to that of the prototype filter. This technique can be used to design sharp low-pass, high-pass, band-pass, and band-stop filters. IIR model filters are implemented as low-sensitivity wave lattice digital filters (WDF-s) consisting of two all-pass branches in parallel. In all-pass sections, each delay is replaced with M delays to obtain periodic model filter. This way maximal sample frequency of the filter is M times increased. We show that the transfer function of the model filter is an elliptic minimal Q factors (EMQF) filter suitable for the efficient WDF implementation.","PeriodicalId":253344,"journal":{"name":"5th International Conference on Telecommunications in Modern Satellite, Cable and Broadcasting Service. Its structure is appropriate also as multiprocessing architectures. This paper describes some routing procedures applied in mesh topology networks. These algorithms with slight modifications may be implemented in almost all types of multihop networks. The cellular neural network, according to its structure, resembles very much mesh networks, and thus is proposed for arbitration between the packets that are to be deflected or buffered in communication network nodes. The parallel analog processing obtained leads to very fast and optimal routing.","PeriodicalId":253344,"journal":{"name":"5th International Conference on Telecommunications in Modern Satellite, Cable and Broadcasting Service.
