Hermanto","doi":"10.24252/edu.v1i2.26557","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.24252/edu.v1i2.26557","url":null,"abstract":"Abstract: This research was conducted with the aim of uncovering, analyzing and explaining learning strategies and utilizing PowerPoint media implemented by Islamic religious education teachers in delivering learning materials in the Integrated and the Special Program Bayat. This type of research is field research using a qualitative descriptive approach. The results show that SMPN 3 Mattirobulu have implemented the 2013 curriculum. Among the teacher roles shown in the two schools were the teacher as a planner, manager, implementer, and evaluator. Also, the teacher plays the role of transferring knowledge, fostering noble morals, mediators and facilitators. Supporting factors is the ability of teachers to operate computers, the availability of media resources, computer-based facilities, and infrastructure in schools, support from the head school, and the conducive condition of the school environment and the culture of mutual help to help those who are built are quite strong. The inhibiting factor is the lack of familiarity of teachers in using PowerPoint media in the learning process, the preparation time is still limited, and the number of computer-based facilities and infrastructure is still limited as well. Abstrak: Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk mengungkap, menganalisis dan menjelaskan strategi pembelajaran dan pemanfaatan media powerpoint yang diterapkan guru pendidikan agama Islam dalam menyampaikan materi pembelajaran di SMP Negeri 3 Mattirobulu Program Khusus Bayat. Jenis Penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan (field research) dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil yang diperoleh adalah sekolah telah menerapkan kurikulum 2013. Di antara peranan guru yang ditunjukkan di kedua sekolah tersebut adalah guru sebagai perencana, pengelola, pelaksana dan evaluator. Selain itu, guru juga berperan sebagai pentransfer ilmu, pembina akhlak mulia, mediator dan fasilitator. Faktor pendukung program adalah kemampuan guru dalam mengoperasikan komputer, ketersediaan sumber media, sarana dan prasarana berbasis komputer di sekolah, dukungan dari kepala sekolah, dan kondisi lingkungan sekolah yang kondusif serta budaya saling tolong menolong yang terbangun cukup kuat. Kualitas proses pendidikan dan pembelajaran dapat ditinjau dari dua segi, yaitu kualitas komponen dan kualitas pengelolaan sekolah. Walaupun komponen-komponennya penunjang seperti tersedianya sarana dan prasarana yang memadai dan dana yang cukup, jika tidak dikelola dengan “baik” dan “tepat” sesuai program pendidikan dan pengajaran (program sekolah) yang telah ditetapkan, maka dapat dipastikan tujuan pendidikan dan pengajaran tidak akan tercapai secara efektif. This research is a type of quantitative research. The population of this study were all members of the Sultan Alauddin Student Cooperative UKM and 31 people were obtained as samples. The data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire or a questionnaire distributed in the form of a Google Form. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis with the help of the SPSS 25 application for windows. The results of this study indicate that the use of Google Forms for the presence of members of the Student Cooperative UKM Sultan Alauddin UIN Alauddin Makassar during the Covid-19 period was quite effective with a percentage of 80.6%. The results of this study can be used as a reference and input for educational institutions in general as well as universities and student organizations in particular in carrying out online attendance during the Covid-19 period. Abstrak: Efektivitas Penggunaan Google Form untuk Presensi Anggota UKM Koperasi Mahasiswa Sultan Alauddin UIN Alauddin Makassar di Masa Covid-19Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas penggunaan Google Form untuk presensi anggota UKM Koperasi Mahasiswa Sultan Alauddin UIN Alauddin Makassar di masa Covid-19. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh anggota UKM Koperasi Mahasiswa Sultan Alauddin dan didapatkan 31 orang sebagai sampel. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan angket atau kuesioner yang disebarkan dalam bentuk Google Form. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif dengan bantuan aplikasi SPSS 25 for windows. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan Google Form untuk presensi anggota UKM Koperasi Mahasiswa Sultan Alauddin UIN Alauddin Makassar di masa Covid-19 cukup efektif dengan persentase 80,6%. This research was an ex post facto kind of study. The population of this research is 40 students studying Management of Islamic Education, the sample was selected by a sample of 26 people using a sample random sampling technique. The data is collected by the swaps, and then the data obtained from the instrument is analyzed using descriptive analysis. In the teaching and learning process, the authority of lecturers can increase student learning motivation, so that in the future, policy directions can be determined that can trigger lecturers to increase their authority. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian ex post facto. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 40 mahasiswa Manajemen Pendidikan Agama Islam, sampel dipilih sebanyak 26 orang dengan menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Data dikumpulkan oleh swap, dan kemudian data yang diperoleh dari instrumen dianalisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif. Dalam proses belajar mengajar, kewibawaan dosen dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar mahasiswa, sehingga ke depan dapat ditentukan arah kebijakan yang dapat memicu dosen untuk meningkatkan wibawanya. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah gaya kepemimpinan otoriter (X1), gaya kepemimpinan partisipatif (X2), gaya kepemimpinan delegatif (X3) dan variabel terikat adalah kinerja karyawan (Y). Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian eksplanatori, dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah proportional stratified random sampling, untuk penentuan jumlah sampel dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin diperoleh jumlah sampel sebanyak 7 orang karyawan. Sumber data diperoleh dengan data primer untuk penyebaran kuesioner. Variabel yang paling dominan untuk mempengaruhi motivasi kerja dan kinerja karyawan perlu diperhatikan. Organizatonal culture can be seen in part from an organizational environment that affects the behavior and appearance of members in the organization. The sampling technique was determined using a google form that was distributed to all lecturers at UIN Alauddin Makassar. The search method used is quantitative research methods expost facto type. The results showed that the majority of respondents rated job satisfaction of lecturers at UIN Alauddin Makassar to be in the medium category at 66,6%. While there is also a rate that is still low with a percentage 11.1%. Nevertheless there are also respondets assessing jon satisfaction at UIN Alauddin Makassr in the high category with a percentage of 22,2%. The regression analysis shows the influence of organizational culture on lecturer job satisfaction marked by the result of tcount = 2,320while ttable = 2,120. Abstrak: Pengaruh Budaya Organisasi terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Dosen di UIN Alauddin MakassarPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja dosen di UIN Alauddin Makassar. Budaya organisasi dapat dilihat sebagian dari lingkungan organisasi yang memengaruhi perilaku dan penampilan anggota dalam organisasi. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan survei melalui google form yang dibagikan kepada seluruh dosen di UIN Alauddin Makassar. Metode pencarian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif tipe expost facto. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar responden menilai kepuasan kerja dosen di UIN Alauddin Makassar berada pada kategori sedang sebesar 66,6%. Sementara ada juga yang menilai masih rendah dengan persentase 11,1%. Namun demikian ada juga responden yang menilai kepuasan kerja di UIN Alauddin Makassr dalam kategori tinggi dengan persentase 22,2%. In this research there are two variables: Organizational Commitment (X) the labor of education (Y) where populations in this study are all of the education powers of tarbiyah and teachery with more samples taken away 9 respondents using the numbe. Analysis of the data in this study using the statistical descriptive analysis data is simple. Data obtained by the organizational commitments the minimum value is 64% and the maximum value is 72% and for employee performance the minimum value is 61% and the maximum value is 78%, the results of this study identify that aspects of organizational commitments have a positive influence and of the performance of education in the Faculty of Tarbiyah and the Teaching of UIN Alauddin Makassar. Abstrak: Pengaruh Komitmen Organisasi Terhadap Kinerja Tenaga Kependidikan di Fakultas Tarbiyah dan Keguruan UIN Alauddin MakassarPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja tenaga kependidikan di Fakultas Tarbiyah dan Keguruan UIN Alauddin Makassar. Dalam penelitian ini ada dua variable: komitmen organisasi (X) dan kinerja tenaga kependidikan (Y). Populasi dalam penelitian ini semua tenaga kependidikan yang ada di Fakultas Tarbiyah dan Keguruan, sampel yang terpilih sebanyak 9 responden yang dipilih berdasarkan Simple Random Sampling. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan angket komitmen organisasi dan angket kinerja. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data analisis deskriptif statistic sederhana.Data yang diperoleh Komitmen Organisasi nilai minimum 64% dana Nilai maksimum 72% dan untuk Kinerja Pegawai nilai minimum 61% dan Nilai maksimum 78%, hasil penelitian ini mengidentifikasi bahwa aspek-aspek komitmen organisasi memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil kinerja TenagaKependidikan di Fakultas Tarbiyah dan Keguruan UIN Alauddin Makassar.
