This happens because of different managerial strategies in managing school resources. Educational management is a series of activities carried out by a group of people who are members of educational organizations, to achieve predetermined educational goals, by utilizing existing resources and using management functions to achieve goals effectively and efficiently. The quality of the education and learning process can be viewed from two aspects, namely the quality of the components and the quality of school management. Although the supporting components such as the availability of adequate facilities and infrastructure, and sufficient funds, if they are not managed \"well\" and \"properly\" according to the education and teaching program (school program) that has been established, it can be ascertained that the objectives of education and teaching will not will be achieved effectively. For this reason, management principles are important instruments that can reveal the extent of the success or failure of teachers in achieving learning objectives and school programs. Abstrak: Prinsip-Prinsip Manajemen Pendidikan VS Kinerja Guru: Sebuah Tinjauan UmumKualitas pendidikan tiap sekolah berbeda-beda. Hal ini terjadi karena strategi manajerial yang berbeda dalam mengelola sumber daya sekolah. Manajemen pendidikan merupakan serangkaian kegiatan yang dilakukan sekelompok orang yang tergabung dalam organisasi pendidikan, untuk mencapai tujuan pendidikan yang telah ditetapkan sebelumnya, dengan memanfaatkan sumber daya yang ada dan menggunakan fungsi-fungsi manajemen agar tercapainya tujuan secara efektif dan efisien. kualitas proses pendidikan dan pembelajaran dapat ditinjau dari dua segi, yaitu kualitas komponen dan kualitas pengelolaan sekolah. Walaupun komponen-komponennya penunjang seperti tersedianya sarana dan prasarana yang memadai, dan dana yang cukup, jika tidak dikelola dengan “baik” dan “tepat” sesuai program pendidikan dan pengajaran (program sekolah) yang telah ditetapkan, maka dapat dipastikan tujuan pendidikan dan pengajaran tidak akan tercapai secara efektif. This study has two variables, Work Motivation (X) and Education Personnel Performance (Y). The population in this study were all educational staff at the Department of Islamic Religious Education Management, Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training, and the sample was 3 respondents who were selected based on simple random sampling. Collecting data using a work motivation questionnaire and a performance questionnaire. Data analysis in this study used simple descriptive statistical analysis data, and from the categorization of work motivation the lowest score was 60, the highest score was 72 with an average of 65, and a standard deviation of 6. While the performance obtained the lowest score of 41, the highest score of 44 with an average 43, and a standard deviation of 2. Abstrak: Pengaruh Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Tenaga Kependidikan Di Jurusan Manajemen Pendidikan IslamPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja tenaga kependidikan pada Jurusan Manajemen Pendidikan Agama Islam Fakultas Tarbiyah dan Keguruan UIN Alauddin Makassar. Penelitian ini memiliki dua variabel yaitu Motivasi Kerja (X) dan Kinerja Tenaga Kependidikan (Y). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh tenaga kependidikan pada Jurusan Manajemen Pendidikan Agama Islam Fakultas Tarbiyah dan Keguruan, dan sampelnya 3 responden yang dipilih berdasarkan simple random sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner motivasi kerja dan angket kinerja. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data analisis statistik deskriptif sederhana, dan dari kategorisasi motivasi kerja diperoleh skor terendah 60, skor tertinggi 72 dengan rata-rata 65, dan standar deviasi 6. This study aims to determine the teacher's perception of the effectiveness of the Microsoft Excel application as a medium for processing student report cards at SMA Negeri 11 Bone. Data collection techniques in this study used a survey with google form. The population in this study were all homeroom teachers at SMA Negeri 11 Bone. The research analysis method uses a quantitative descriptive approach, the survey uses a Likert scale and the data analysis technique is carried out descriptively by calculating the percentage of data using frequency and interval distributions, then interpreted in depth. The results showed that respondents who categorize that the use of Microsoft Excel is effectively used in processing student report cards at SMA Negeri 11 Bone. Processing student report cards using Microsoft Excel can make it easier for teachers to complete data processing on student report cards, for that training is needed to improve teacher skills in using Microsoft Excel applications. Abstrak: Efektifitas Penggunaan Microsoft Excel dalam Pengolahan Nilai Rapor Siswa SMA Negeri 11 BoneMicrosoft Excel adalah salah satu media yang familiar dan biasa digunakan sebagai alat untuk melakukan olah data. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi guru tentang keefektifan aplikasi Microsoft Excel sebagai media untuk melakukan olah data nilai rapor siswa di SMA Negeri 11 Bone. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan survei dengan google form. Sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu semua wali kelas yang ada di SMA Negeri 11 Bone. Metode analisis penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif, survei menggunakan Skala Likert dan teknik analisis dengan menghitung persentase data menggunakan distribusi frekuensi dan interval, kemudian dinterpretasi secara mendalam. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa responden yang mengkategorikan bahwa penggunaan Microsoft Excel efektif digunakan dalam pengolahan nilai rapor siswa di SMA Negeri 11 Bone. Abstrak: Peran Mahasiswa Manajemen Pendidikan Islam dalam Pemecahan Masalah Kebersihan Lingkungan di Fakultas Tarbiyah dan KeguruanMasalah adalah sesuatu yang tidak bisa kita hindari dalam hidup ini dimanapun kita berada, pasti kita akan menemukan masalah, sehingga tindakan yang harus dilakukan adalah mencari cara untuk menyelesaikan masalah tersebut. Dan salah satu permasalahan yang harus diketahui tentang cara permasalahan tersebut adalah tentang kebersihan lingkungan, karena kebersihan lingkungan merupakan faktor utama kenyamanan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Jika lingkungan tidak bersih, maka semua aktivitas tidak akan berjalan dengan baik. Oleh karena itu kampus dan fakultas harus menjadi tempat belajar dan mengajar, sehingga kampus dan khususnya fakultas harus bersih. Sehingga mahasiswa/dosen dan dosen merasa nyaman melakukan kegiatan belajar mengajar. This research use Quantitative Approach with Ex-post Facto type. Population of this research is 23 teacher at MTs Madani Pao-Pao and taken sample for the research is 12 teacher which teaching in MTs Madani Pao-Pao. Data collecting method of this research are documentation and questionnaire. Then, technique of data analysis used by researcher are descriptive analysis and inferensial analysis technique. From the calculation obtained tcount = 26, 146 whereas ttable = 1,812 for the level of significant 5%. So, it can be concluded that there are signifikan influence between work environment on teacher performance at MTs Madani Pao-Pao. Abstrak: Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Guru di MTs Madani Pao-PaoPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana lingkungan kerja dan kinerja guru di MTS Madani Pao-Pao serta untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja belajar di MTs Madani Pao-Pao. Penelitian ini menggunakan Pendekatan Kuantitatif tipe Ex-post Facto. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah 23 guru di Mts Madani Pao-Pao dan diambil sampel untuk penelitian ini adalah 12 guru yang mengajar di MTS Madani Pao-Pao. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah dokumentasi dan angket. Kemudian, teknik analisis data yang digunakan peneliti yaitu teknik analisis deskriptif dan analisis inferensial.
