This research uses the Research & Development (R&D) method using the Borg and Gall method which has been adapted by Sugiyono. However, this study only used seven stages, namely: potentials and problems, data collection, product design, design validation, design revision, product testing, product revision. Instrument validity analysis was assisted with the help of Microsoft Excel. Reliability test using Alpha Cronbach formula. Based on the analysis, it is known that the reliability test results for the tolerance character instrument are 0.88 which indicates that the instrument used is reliable, as well as the peace-loving character assessment instrument. The population of this study were students of SMKN 1 Padang. The sample in this study was the students of SMK N 1 chosen by random cluster sampling. This type of research was experimental with a Quasy-Experiment control group design. The instrument used is a self-control questionnaire in bullying prevention using a Likert scale. Data were analyzed using the Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test and SPSS version 21.00. The results showed that in the experimental group before being given the Gestalt setting counseling approach, the average pretest score of the group was 138.6, and after being given the Gestalt setting counseling approach the group's average posttest score increased to 187.33. However, in the control group, the pretest score was 134.4, and after being given the Gestalt setting counseling approach to the group, the group's average posttest score increased to 136.4. This study uses research and development methods using the 4D model by Thiagarajan. Then carried out further analysis using Aiken's validity with a validity result of 0.94 which indicates a high level of validity. So that this guidebook meets the criteria of acceptance in the use of guidance and counseling services in schools. To test its effectiveness, it was tested on students at school and involved 14 students in it using one group pretest and posttest, using the N-Gain score calculation formula of 0.65 which has a sufficient level of effectiveness. This study uses a descriptive correlational quantitative method. The study population was a high school counselor SMAN in Pekanbaru . The sample amounted to 52 people who were determined by the Sampling total sampling technique. The instrument used was co-workers social support questionnaire and burnout with a Likert scale model . Instrument reliability test results co-worker social support 0.959 and burnout conditions of 0.976. The research data were analyzed using simple regression. The research findings show that there is a contribution of co-workers social support to the conditions of school counselor burnout by 37.4%. They have to complete all the academic demands that are so many. This study aimed to examine the direct effect of religiosity and religious coping on academic stress and the mediating effect of religious coping on the relationship between religiosity and academic stress. A total of 191 final-year students at one of the universities in Indonesia participated in filling out the College Student Stress Scale, Religiosity Scale among Muslims and The Brief RCOPE. Structural model testing using the structural equation model through the SmartPLS 3.0. The results showed a direct negative effect of religiosity and religious coping on academic stress. In addition, the relationship between religiosity and academic stress is mediated by religious coping. There needs to be an effort to maximize the process of academic guidance carried out by academic supervisors. Prevention and intervention of academic stress can also be done through guidance and counselling services carried out by professional counsellors. School counsellors need to understand student profiles related to these basic skill sets in order to be able to design career development programs that are relevant to today's career dynamics. This study aims to construct a transferable skill scale that can be used as a guidance and counselling assessment tool for student career development. The construction of this scale goes through the stages of 1) aspect construction based on literature studies, 2) item creation, and 3) pilot test. The construct validity test used Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA). The results of the CFA show that several dimensions of transferable skills require modification of the model until a fit model is obtained.. Research conducted using quantitative methods with correlational types. The population in this study were students of 10th Grade 1 High School Pandeglang with a sample of 218 students studied. The sampling technique using probability sampling include simple random sampling. The instrument used to measure harmonious family and loneliness was a questionnaire created by the researcher. This study uses a quantitative experimental method. The total population is 275 students with population characteristics aged 15-17 at SMAN 1 Baros. The sampling technique used purposive sampling and got 10 students who had a low level of public speaking ability which were then given treatment. The analysis technique used in testing the hypothesis is the Wilcoxon signed ranks test. The results of the study were seen from the implementation of the pre-test and post-test, there was a significant increase from the average value of 66.2 to 104.2. Analysis of the Wilcoxon signed ranks test on the hypothesis decision making process, the value of 0.005 is lower than 0.05, so it can be concluded that the hypothesis is declared accepted. The researcher tries to offer an alternative solution to this problem by developing a career anxiety module about students' future orientation. In this study using the 4-D development model, which includes several stages, namely define, design, development, and disseminate. The instrument used to measure career anxiety is a questionnaire made by researchers. The data obtained was then analyzed using qualitative and quantitative data analysis, the following results were obtained, 1) the results of the validation test from media, material, and language experts, obtained a percentage value of 96% which means the module is feasible to use because it meets the eligibility criteria for module 2) in the module trial with BK UNTIRTA students class of 2018 getting a percentage score of 98.67%, which means the module is in the proper category. The aim of IPE is the practice of inter-professional collaboration, which involves various professions in learning about how to work together by providing the knowledge, skills and attitudes needed to collaborate effectively. This research method uses library research to examine through writings from books regarding cooperative learning models in interprofessional education. Information services are guidance and counseling services that enable students to receive and understand various information that can be used as material for consideration and decision-making for the benefit of students. Information services are services that provide information needed by individuals. Guidance and counseling services have very important functions and roles in schools, especially for students. By providing BK services the development of students will be more optimal. Counseling guidance services focus on developing personal and social aspects as well as solving problems individually. With these services it is hoped that students will be in prime condition, so that they can learn and develop themselves personally. According to WHO Interprofessional education or IPE is an educational process that involves two or more types of professions.
