Because of errors arising while setting the transistors' switching times, it is rather difficult to achieve the required compensation of higher harmonics. Switching times errors are caused by the inertia of the switching process in power transistors as well as sampling errors of control devices. Analysis has shown that error of 2–3 deg. in multilevel voltage leads to an increase of higher harmonics to the level −38 … −42 dB. This problem can be solved by introducing an amendment of control pulses time position enabling to decrease these errors. The dependence of spin hall conductance on spin polarization is reported. It is shown that skew scattering term depends on electrons temperature and spin polarization. We use the spherical harmonics method to calculate the dependence of the spin Hall angle on energy shift in the spin-polarized paramagnetic semiconductor. Transport coefficients obtained from the density matrix kinetic equation and spherical harmonics expansion. The skew scattering coefficient is computed numerically. It is shown that spin Hall coefficients nonlinearly depend on the degree of spin polarization. The results indicate that the spin Hall angle can nonlinearly depend on the spin polarization of the electron gas. The application of proposed hybrid active filter as a kind of effective decision for power quality increasing is presented in the paper. The proposed hybrid active filter includes shunt active filter, two passive filters and output high-pass filter. The proposed filter for voltage and current harmonic determination and elimination is described and justified by means of mathematical modeling and computer simulation. A mathematical model of generalized industrial electric network with nonlinear load and proposed hybrid active filter was developed by means of Simulink subsystem of Matlab software. A simplified maximum likelihood estimation algorithm based on subfactorization of a structured data matrix is proposed, and we show that parameterization of the data model in signal space allows to improve estimation accuracy at low signal-to noise ratio (SNR). The idea of solution of the normal equations is based on the singular value decomposition method of the data matrix, which allows one to simplify drastically the obtained equations. A multi-organization of power supplies at high and adjustable frequencies allows to operatively change operating modes of modules, adapting the network topology of the converter to the changing parameters of the load in order to reduce electricity losses, improve the reliability of power supply systems and ensure the required quality of the output voltage. The analysis of the slow-wave structure dispersion characteristics was carried out. The geometric and concentration features of silicon juts are established. The range of radius of rounding is 0.5–5 mkm depending on type of surface and treatment. The range of concentration 6∗108–1.6∗109 cm2 depending on type of surface and treatment. As shown the freon plasma treatment give more preferable parameter of silicon juts. The temperature depending exert influence on silicon juts too.
