Abstract
Methods are presented for creation of technology of production of graphene materials with the developed surface, containing different functional groups and wares from these substances as electrode materials of stores of energy. Applications developed graphene materials gives a large effect in such areas as the electrically conductive composite materials, coatings, shielding or reflecting electromagnetic radiation in a wide frequency range and the elements of nanoelectronics.
