Shifting PA in class E mode enabled to achieve anode efficiency of 88…93%. At the same time it led to a result that control and screen grid dissipated power in tetrode became one of the main factors hindering further improvement of PA characteristics. This problem can be solved by applying to the control and screen grids multilevel voltage with a certain parameters. It enables to increase either the anode efficiency or the output power. For this experiment scheme and laboratory equipment has been developed. A mathematical model of illumination from different types of LEDs using the computer system Origin Pro. The spatial structure of ion current density distribution near the cathode was considered as well as dependence of this structure and target parameters. The possibility of minimizing the spraying non-uniformity by numerical experiments and the target optimal geometric parameters selection are shown. The tower is equipped with the information and measuring apparatus for the detection of emergency conditions. The principle of the diagnostic system is based on recording changes in the electromagnetic field around the line and tower during emergency conditions. It should be noted the ability to transfer power that exceeds the ampacity of the line as well as the risk of icing on the line elements that leads to breakage of wires are the main factors that threaten the normal functioning of the OHLs. The advantages and use of the scattering matrix and scattering parameters are discussed. Examples of the microwave networks provide a whole picture of the problem. Scattering matrix and scattering parameters are used to describe the microwave network and vector analyzer. They could be determined with the help of the reflection coefficient. It is also true for devices, working within the SHF range. Due to the broadening of options of the radio electronic equipment, some devices become quite massive, and so a need to miniaturize them arises. This paper contains the analysis of miniaturization based on the microstrip filters usage. The filters numerical modeling is carried out and its phase-frequency characteristics are obtained. In this paper, a model of two coupled gyrotron oscillators is developed and basic properties of the phase locking are studied. Time delay of the coupling signal traveling between two gyrotrons strongly affects the pattern of phase-locking regimes. The model is described by two delay-differential equations (DDEs). Domains of in-phase and anti-phase synchronization are calculated. Analyzed experimental data electromigration processes on the surface of monocrystalline silicon wafer after passing a current pulse through the aluminum film with energy up to 250 mJ with a duration of 400 μs. Of the evaluation of the speeds of migration of the melted zones of Al-Si in such conditions. The switches used in all tests had sealed-off designs with lengths of the main discharge gaps of about 1 mm. The experimental conditions covered a range of peak currents of 1 to 5 kA with current fall rates up to 5 kA/μs. The upper level of commutated voltage (∼5 kV) was limited by static self-breakdown of the switches. This approach does not require the carrier signal reader compensation. The basic measuring equations of the new meter are obtained. The advantages of the proposed meter are discussed. Measurement and calibration algorithms of radio frequency identification reader based on a multi-channel vector voltmeter are discussed in the paper. The calibration algorithm is founded on initial estimation of incident and reflected wave complex amplitudes when only the responses of multi-probe transmission line reflectometer are considered. The basic equations of the method are given.
