From the historical-dialectical materialist theoretical framework, the authors emphasize that the epistemological option can theoretically be associated to the maintenance of social control, or its resistance, by justifying intentions and goals placed on education. Initiated in the 1990s, the changes proposed in the 21st century, in a dialectical perspective, represent the continuity of the theses presented by Delors (1997) in the sense that they are therefore in tune with the needs of the flexible production process. In overcoming Taylorism/Fordism, toyotist flexibility is characterized by the reduction of production costs through the flexibilization of the productive process and the reduction of individual jobs. Following the Just in Time production principle, the pace of production is driven by market demand in order to keep inventories down. It is an ethnographic work, produced from 2011 to 2016 on the backing of contributions from Clifford Geertz, James Clifford, Marilyn Strathern, Mariza Peirano and Olivia Cunha. The objective is to problematize statements that relate the genesis of the higher education in Bahia to teachers’ formation demand in an investigation which considers archives as ethnographic fields. The argument is that the Teacher Training Colleges marked the Science teacher’s formation in the semiarid region and qualified the emergence of the higher education related to the teacher training in the 1970s. In Brazil, the years of 1950 were the scene of a gradual consolidation of the economic model and concomitant process of democratization and politicization of civil society which resulted in the reconfiguration of the role of the Brazilian capitalist State; the ISEB became part of necessary changes to the new role of the State. O artigo define o conceito de mediacao pedagogica fundamentado na teoria Historico Cultural, delineando a importância do processo de apropriacao cultural. Apresenta uma pesquisa de carater qualitativo, desenvolvida em oito escolas municipais de ensino fundamental do Rio de Janeiro, com o objetivo de investigar as percepcoes e as praticas de mediacao pedagogica dos professores nas redes sociais digitais. Os resultados principais apontam para um uso das redes sociais como ferramenta de interacao e de comunicacao entre professores e alunos, mas raramente como espaco de mediacao pedagogica. Colares","doi":"10.20396/rho.v19i0.8654934","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.20396/rho.v19i0.8654934","url":null,"abstract":"Este artigo apresenta a Lei n°13.005, de 25 de junho de 2014, que aprovou o Plano Nacional de Educacao - PNE 2014/2024 e resultou na elaboracao dos planos municipais de educacao pelos municipios brasileiros. Objetiva analisar o Plano Municipal de Educacao – PME 2015/2025 de Santarem-PA, instituido pela Lei n° 19.829, de 14 de junho de 2015, delimitando-se a meta 6 que trata da oferta de educacao em tempo integral, analise da elaboracao da referida meta e estrategias para realidade local. Constatamos que a ampliacao da jornada escolar, ocorreu em grande parte, pela adesao ao Programa Mais Educacao. Entretanto, com a instabilidade politica, o referido programa sofreu reformulacao e a sua implantacao ficou limitada no municipio. Desde o ano de 2011, ha escola de tempo integral na rede municipal. Embora na zona urbana atenda alunos em tempo parcial e integral desde o ano de 2016. Identificamos tambem uma escola de tempo integral para atender a populacao do campo, ambas apresentam desafios que precisam ser sanados com o olhar pautado na heterogeneidade da regiao amazonica. Ressaltamos ainda, o impacto na educacao com o corte de gastos, que limita a implementacao de politicas publicas que abrangerao o periodo do PNE. Assim, percebemos que os processos pelos quais caminha a educacao sao incertos, com evidencias desanimadoras, devido as acoes do governo. Dentre elas, a falta de uma agenda politica, na qual a educacao seja uma prioridade, com politicas educacionais voltadas para a melhoria do ensino e com estrategias de concretizacao do atual PNE. \u0000Palavras-chave: Plano Nacional de Educacao. O processo de construcao teorico-pratico deste estudo partiu do pressuposto de que esse fenomeno so pode ser compreendido a partir de uma perspectiva de analise que o considera como uma totalidade concreta. Dessa forma, o universo de investigacao foi composto por todas as Instituicoes de Ensino Superior que ofertam Educacao a Distância no Maranhao e os dados foram coletados a partir de consultas no portal do Cadastro Nacional de Cursos e Instituicoes de Educacao Superior - Cadastro e-MEC e nos documentos publicos sobre Educacao a Distância. These data come from documentary and bibliographical research and from the dissertation bank of the Graduate Program in Education of the Federal University of the West of Para (PPGE/Ufopa).
