Giving role modes for children is very important but no less important is to provide as much information as possible for children so that it can be used as a foundation for children in the future, because that is the key to success in the child's education stage is how to provide as much information as possible to children, one of which is by technique. storytelling (storytelling). This technique is very closely related to culture in Indonesia, how history in Indonesia is conveyed by way of speech from adults to their children. For this reason, it is necessary to revitalize storytelling techniques in people's lives today. Not only as a means of forming a noble personality, story telling is a way to pass on a literacy culture to children. Given the low literacy culture in Indonesia, a solution is needed, namely by excavating the treasures of local wisdom that characterize the community. This article is based on an analysis of the verses of the Qur'an about storytelling techniques which are even used as one of the ways in the Qur'an to provide lessons for mankind. The Qur'an gives a signal about the importance of the hearing aspect in the educational process through the qishah technique as well as signifies the importance of providing information by providing news that is conveyed to humans, because the sense of hearing is the first sense that is active in human growth and development. Reading and memorizing it is a worship that is worth a great reward. The Qur'an is the first source of law in Islam, the way of life for Muslims. This study takes the formulation of the problem regarding the application of the sabaq sabqi manzil method and the problems in improving the quality of memorizing the Qur'an at the Imam Syafi'i Islamic boarding school, Tulungagung. The researcher uses a qualitative research type, by taking data sources from the boarding school caregivers as resource persons and also documentation owned by the Islamic boarding school. Data were taken using in-depth interviews, observation and documentation studies. Researchers found that the method of memorizing the Qur'an greatly affects the quality of memorizing students if it is done regularly. This is proven by the number of students who read and memorize the Qur'an properly and correctly. The quality of the students' memorization has increased, as evidenced by when the students deposit their sabaq sabqi manzil they can do it well and smoothly. Employee performance in the office of the Ministry of Religion of Lampung Province is influenced by various factors, namely the contribution of leadership, organizational communication and work motivation. This research was carried out using a quantitative approach and descriptive survey method. The population is employees in offices of the Ministry of Religion of Lampung Province, totaling 2,219 employees. The sample in this study was 10%, namely 200 employees. The research data was collected through questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive statistical techniques and path analysis. Based on the data obtained and researched and tested it can be concluded as follows: 1) Leadership influences organizational communication. 2) Leadership influences work motivation. This shows that leadership and work motivation are in line with perceptions of employee performance. 3) Organizational communication has little effect on work motivation. This shows that organizational communication is less effective and efficient so that it is not in line with perceptions of employee performance. 4) Leadership influences employee performance. This shows that there is consistency between leadership and the performance of employees from the leadership. 5) Organizational communication has little effect on employee performance. This research use desciptive qualitative approach. Researchers collect data and analyze data where the data sources used are primary and secondary data using interview, observation, and documentation techniques. The results of this study are that the principal has several roles, namely as an innovator who triggers the PKG agenda, then the principal acts as a drafter and supervisor who makes the concept of activities from the beginning of the activity to the execution of the PKG program and finally as an evaluator, namely evaluating PKG activities, this can be seen from the activeness of the principal in overseeing activities in schools, especially those related to PKG activities. Some of the principal's roles encourage school principals to make breakthroughs and progressive policies to make PKG activities a success. The PKG activities that have been running since 2015-2016 have been beneficial in improving the quality of educators at Sumber Rejeki Mataram Elementary School, that's why the principal makes this activity one of the mandatory activities that must be followed by all educators at Elementary School Sumber Rejeki Mataram. This research is experimental research using The One-Group pretest-posttest design involving the dependent variable, namely the learning outcomes of PAI, and the independent variable, namely the learning model. Quantum Learning. The population in this study were all fourth-grade students at SDN 1 Jatidatar in the odd semester of the 2018/2019 school year with a sample of 24 students. The research instrument used was the PAI learning achievement test. The results of the descriptive analysis show the average value of PAI learning outcomes for fourth-grade students before being taught using the learning modelQuantum Learning of 10.66 and a standard deviation of 2.74 and after being taught using a learning modelQuantum Learning of 15.54 and a standard deviation of 3.48 with an average Normalized Gain value of 0.32 in the medium category. The purpose of this study was to find out how the application of Islamic religious education in the family-broken home in Panisihan Village, Maos District, Cilacap Regency. The type of research used is field research. Data collection techniques using the method of observation, interviews, and documentation. While the data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. The results of the study show that the application of Islamic religious education in the family-broken home is indispensable.
