Recognizing the crucial need for children to internalize values, norms, and morals, this research explores the implementation of the Duha prayer at MA Muhammadiyah Bandung (MBS 1) Tulungagung. The institution's strategic adoption of a prayer program serves as a commendable initiative to cultivate a steadfast commitment to spirituality and personal development. This research focuses on three key aspects: the methodology employed in implementing the Duha prayer, identifying the supporting factors and obstacles encountered during the implementation of the Duha prayer; and assessing the impact of Duha prayer on the enhancement of spiritual intelligence among students. This research uses a qualitative approach, this descriptive research utilizes data collection methods such as interviews and documentation of observations. The data analysis involves three stages: data condensation, presentation, and conclusion. The validity of the data is ensured through triangulation techniques and multiple sources. The findings reveal a comprehensive understanding of the Duha prayer implementation at MA Muhammadiyah Bandung (MBS 1) Tulungagung, encompassing execution, supervision, guidance, and the purpose behind prayer implementation. Factors supporting the Duha prayer implementation include collaborative efforts between teachers and students, well-equipped prayer facilities, and a conducive environment. Challenges arise from the limited capacity of the mosque, necessitating a rotational approach and leading to tardiness among students. Fuadiy","doi":"10.58577/dimar.v5i1.172","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.58577/dimar.v5i1.172","url":null,"abstract":"This article discusses a research aimed at understanding the strategy of the Head of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Muhammadiyah Dukuh in the Watulimo Subdistrict, Tenggalek Regency, with the goal of improving the quality of education. Despite facing limitations in the number of students (40 students) and personnel (10 teachers), the madrasah has successfully maintained its level of quality and continues to receive positive interest from the community. The research also aims to identify challenges that arise during the implementation of the strategy and formulate solution-oriented steps to overcome these obstacles, with the objective of ensuring that the applied strategy achieves optimal results. The research methodology employed is a descriptive-qualitative approach, using observation, interviews, and documentation methods for data collection. The findings indicate that the strategy implemented by the madrasah head involves a series of stages, starting from communication management and analysis of the internal and external environment of the madrasah, formulation of strategies based on coordination with internal elements of the madrasah and input from the community, to the implementation and evaluation of the strategy. Identified obstacles involve inhibiting factors such as limited facilities and infrastructure, as well as a shortage of experts proficient in flagship programs. The solution-oriented efforts include optimizing the use of existing facilities and infrastructure, enhancing the quality of educators through teacher professional development training, and involving active participation from the community in flagship activities. With these steps, it is hoped that the applied strategy can be executed optimally, overcome emerging challenges, and produce optimal educational quality. As an added value, the excellence of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Muhammadiyah Dukuh lies in the extracurricular activity of Volleyball. The first group consists of students not involved in Mobile Gaming, while the second group comprises students actively engaged in Mobile Gaming. The research method employed is quantitative research, with data collection conducted through a survey of 302 students in the twelfth grade of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) 1 Tulungagung. The survey results indicate that 60.59%, or 183 students, belong to the group that does not play Mobile Gaming, while 39.4%, or 119 students, are Mobile Gaming players. The average learning outcomes of both student groups were analyzed using the Mann-Whitney U test to assess the differences between them. The Mann-Whitney U test results show that the learning outcomes of students in the group not playing Mobile Gaming are higher, although the difference is not significant (median=92.18), compared to the group of students playing Mobile Gaming (median=91.75), U=13132.5, p=0.002. The Hodges-Lehmann estimate of 0.5 supports the Mann-Whitney U test results, indicating a small median difference between the two student groups. Despite the observed difference, the small effect size is indicated by the rank biserial correlation value ra=0.206. Prayer is a worship and a compulsory act for a Muslim. Because that is one of the important pillars of Islam, which is second only to shahada. The purpose of the research to be achieved in this study is to determine the influence of understanding the Book of Fathul Qorib on the quality of student prayers at the Hidayatul Qur’an Islamic Boarding School in Batanghari, Lampung Timur. This type of research uses a “causal associative” with a quantitative approach for data collection techniques using observation, questionnaires, tests and documentation.  Based on the study's results, the author can conclude that understanding the book of Fathul Qarib influences the quality of student prayer worship at the Hidayatul Qur'an Islamic Boarding School in Batanghari, East Lampung. The value of t calculated > ttable is 2.562> 2.0 24, and the significance value is 0.0 14 < 0.05, The magnitude of the coefficient of determination (R Square) is 0.147 or equal to 14.7%. This number means that the variable of Understanding the Book of Fathul Qarib (X) affects the variable Quality of Santri Prayer (Y) by 14.7%. This is contrary to the current reality of moral degradation so that educational institutions need to strive to live prophetic values through building a school culture based on these prophetic values. In the process of collecting data, the author made observations and interviews with related parties. This research uses qualitative methods as research methods. Based on the results of research conducted by researchers at SMK Muhammadiyah Kajen, that SMK Muhammadiyah Kajen has a school culture called the Spirit of Subuh. The Spirit of Subuh program at SMK Muhammadiyah Kajen is an implementation of prophetic values in everyday life. The congregational Fajr Spirit Movement has a noble goal, which is to get used to a healthy life spiritually and physically. The choice of dawn time was chosen because at that time we have the best energy. Through this program, the school wants to shape the Islamic character of its students. One of the methods chosen is through morning prayers performed in congregation. The Semangat Subuh program is also one of the efforts to realize the school's vision, which is to produce Islamic, competent, and outstanding graduates. This concept of example is found in the Qur'an Surah Al-Ahzab verse 21 Therefore, the teacher as the successor of the struggle of the Prophet should be an example for his students. Nurturing human beings intellectually, emotionally, and spiritually is the main goal of education. The management of the boarding school plays a key role in enhancing the quality of education at the Darus Sa’adah Boarding School in Lampung Tengah by employing various strategies, including: Firstly, the boarding school management actively contributes to improving the quality of education at Darus Sa’adah Boarding School, as evidenced by the effective and efficient implementation of inputs that yield positive outputs through a quality educational process. The boarding school successfully produces graduates who are not only proficient in religious studies but also skilled in various other fields. Furthermore, the educational legitimacy of the boarding school has been recognized by the government. Secondly, to enhance the quality of education, Darus Sa’adah Boarding School has devised various programs, including daily, weekly, monthly, and even annual programs, organized and implemented by the boarding school administrators and all students. Data collection techniques by interviews, while data analysis in this study is data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The technique of guaranteeing the validity of the research data is the source triangulation method. The results of the research, namely at Surya Menang State Elementary School, it can be seen that learning using power point-based media can improve the quality of learning in Islamic Religious Education material. Based on the development of learning activities and learning outcomes that were seen during the research, all of them have increased to trigger the enthusiasm and willingness of students to learn and learn Islamic Religious Education materials will also be liked so that they are easily understood and understood by students. Then the researcher collects data sources through manuscript literature, journals, books, and articles that are related to the discussion of this research. While the results of the research show that Ibnu Rushd has thoughts and ideas about education, that education is an applicable matter that needs to be supported by the right model too, so that its implementation is always in accordance with its theoretical implementation, with the aim of providing an accurate understanding so that it can be realized in the right actions . Ibn Rushd's view of education that is structured in terms of goals, directed curriculum, appropriate learning methods, and qualified educators are important factors in determining the success of education. In the Al-Islam subject, especially in Al-Qur'an Hadith material, there are students who find it difficult to memorize the Al-Qur'an and Hadith. This shows that students have learning difficulties. Therefore it is necessary to carry out research to find out the factors that cause students' difficulties in memorizing the Al-Qur'an and Hadith. This research is a descriptive qualitative research, with primary data namely students and teachers of Al-Islam subjects. Secondary data sources, such as school documents and archives. This study uses data collection techniques, namely interviews and documentation. The guarantor of the validity of the data used is technical triangulation. The data analysis techniques are data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Based on the results of research on students' difficulties in memorizing the Al-Qur'an and Hadith, it is known that the students' interest in memorizing is low, the ability to read the Al-Qur'an is low, they feel bored, and the verses and hadiths that are memorized are too long. Then the lack of parental involvement in their children's learning process, the many assignments given by the teacher make it difficult for students to divide their time to do assignments and memorize the Al-Qur'an and Hadith.
