Teacher performance is an achievement that can be measured through predetermined and mutually agreed standards. Teacher Performance Standards are related to the quality of teachers in carrying out their duties such as being a teacher who makes students feel at home in class, understanding preparation and design of learning assessments, being able to apply interesting and not boring learning media, being able to create a lively classroom atmosphere by involving students in various activities. learning experience and being a strict teacher when learning is not appropriate. This article aims to explain the importance of teacher performance and motivation to achieve teacher performance appraisal. Teaching is a noble job, because the teaching profession is very well known among the public for its patience in dealing with students. There are several obstacles or obstacles in assessing teacher performance, one of which is an unclear standard due to inconsistent and changing standards so that it can affect teacher achievement. In addition to obstacles, there are opportunities for teacher performance, namely the achievement of teacher quality so that it can be said to be a professional teacher. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative, by presenting findings related to the implementation of the tahfidz program in the school. Data collection techniques using interviews, observations and documentation. The informants in this study were school principals, Tahfidz program managers, teachers, and students. In addition to interviews with informants, researchers also collected data through observation and study of data documentation related to information on the implementation of the tahfidz program. The data analysis technique uses Miles and Hubberman analysis, namely interactive data analysis consisting of three activity flows that occur simultaneously, namely: (a) data reduction, (b) data presentation, and (c) conclusion/verification. \u0000The results of the study showed that the implementation of the Al-Qur'an memorization program during a pandemic at the At-Taqwa Integrated Islamic Elementary School, the teacher tried to make learning possible without burdening students both through methods and the learning process. Supporting factors in memorizing the Al-Qur'an at At-Taqwa Integrated Islamic Elementary School, namely: the method factors used by the teacher, enthusiasm and motivation among students, support from parents, and a comfortable environment and inhibiting factors in the Al-Qur'an memorization program 'an, namely: the factor of facilities and infrastructure in terms of communication, the factor of students' ability to read the Al-Qur'an, and the factor of the role of parents. This research is a quantitative approach descriptive research design involving 33 Tenth grade students of TPMG. The data collection technique is a test. There are several steps to analyze the data: analyzing the students' work, calculating the average score using descriptive statistics and the last step is descriptive analysis. The results showed that the students' difficulties in writing English in the tenth grade of TPMG were Vocabullary 33%, Grammar 40% and language use 27%. Data validity uses credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmability techniques. The data were then analyzed in stages, namely data display, and data reduction. The research results show that; First, learning the tilawati Qur'an which is done offline every day before formal learning is carried out by integrating the schedule. Wisdom learning tilawati al-Qur'an is intended to improve the ability to read the Koran properly and correctly. For this reason, ustadzah al-Qur'an must have standard qualifications, including reading fluently and hafiz. In this study, the aim was to find out the implementation of the theory of active learning of humanism in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning and to find out the learning outcomes of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) using humanism theory with active learning strategies at SD Negeri Wijilan. This type of research is qualitative descriptive analysis, data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study are that the implementation of the theory of active learner humanism in learning Islamic Religious Education at SD Negeri Wijilan is well implemented and learning is going well, and has the goal of guiding students to do learning using active learning methods.
