In view of the problems in teaching “Database Principles” in the MOOC development environment, such as the disjointed reality between the teaching philosophy and theory and practice, how to carry out technical teaching and interactive practice in the MOOC environment, etc. The methods of the database course are proposed in this article, which take the “problem-solving-inductive analysis” solution-driven approach as the main line, from teaching content design, teaching methods, flipped classroom model design under the MOOC environment. These methods also conduct research and design about “Learning Flow” and the database remote experiment and large-scale operation practice. A scientific and reasonable curriculum system was constructed around the goal of cultivating the ability of system. The teachers carried out the system view in the teaching process and organized the teaching around the goal of constructing the basic computer system. So it is more important to evaluate the quality rationally, on which an impersonal evaluation has been done by AHP modeling and fuzzy evaluation theory. After some procedures such as establishing an AHP model of evaluation system, constructing the fuzzy evaluation matrix, determining the weight of evaluation index, choosing the operator $M(bullet,Sigma)$ of product and sum and so on to take into account various factors, the evaluation of the quality of MOOC teaching can be evaluated impersonally and rationally. This paper explores and constructs a SPOC mixed teaching mode suitable for the teaching of university courses to understand the students' attitudes and views on the development of the SPOC based hybrid learning model. The results show that the students' recognition, participation and satisfaction of the SPOC mixed teaching mode are highly evaluated. It is difficult to distinguish between postural differences by using nonlinear analysis of the electrogastrograms (EGGs) of healthy individuals. The purpose of this study was to determine the feasibility of applying a complex dynamic analysis method to the EGGs of healthy young individuals between in a seated posture and those in a supine posture. We analyzed EGGs by using the Wayland algorithm for the evaluation motion sickness induced by stereoscopic movies. Many machine learning algorithms, such as Support Vector Machine, Artificial Neural Network, and Hidden Markov Model, have been applied to it and achieved positive results. Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM), as a variant of RNN, can obtain hidden dependencies in data and has shown a significant performance in processing time series data. In this paper, we apply LSTM networks to predict the price movement of a short-term and test it by an experiment on some stocks randomly selected from CSI 300 constituent stocks. The experiment shows that the precision, recall rate and critical error of LSTM are all better than that of the random prediction. It indicates that LSTM can be used in the trend prediction of stock price. Also, this work is often omitted due to efforts and time limitation. In this paper, an E-Iearning Support Middleware with quiz automatic selection for MOOC is put forward. This middleware leverage Vector Space Model(VSM) and be able to automatically select proper quizzes from the quiz books according to the description of knowledge points. This study is able to ease the burden of teacher on quizzes preparation. Microscopic simulation is safer, cheaper and faster than implementing and testing in real traffic environment. One of the difficulties in traffic simulation is how to verify the effectiveness of the traffic optimization model. The effect of the control and optimization algorithm can be achieved by using VISSIM microscopic simulation software. The internal functions of the microscopic simulation software are relatively simple. The basic traffic simulation parameters can be set in advance to simulate the conditions of the traffic network, cause the parameters cannot be effectively controlled constantly. Thus secondary development of VISSIM is necessary. This article study the secondary development of VISSIM software with Visual Studio(C#), and the Component Object Model(COM). This method is intended to provide useful implementation for the secondary development of VISSIM micro-simulation based on the C# compilation environment. A traffic simulation platform integrated with VISSIM and Visual Studio(C#) for traffic optimization simulation was proposed. The development of a traffic simulation platform displaying road network parameters constantly. It makes significance help to the further research and testing of intelligent traffic. And the platform can greatly reduce programming complexity and save programming time, making it easy to master. While the genome data is need to store, the traditional computer room has not enough to store such large data. Therefore, more and more genome data need to be uploaded to the cloud. Due to the speed of growth of communication have been much faster than the growth of the genomic data, so it is particularly important for genome data compression to reduce the cost of scientific research institutions and it is of great significance to speed up the sharing of genomic data. Fastq file is an important format of genomic data, and now the compression algorithm for fastq files is mainly include of DSRC, FQC, etc. These algorithms are also compressed based on the characteristics of fastq files. In order to improve the rate of compression, we propose an algorithm of DDSRC and establish the statistical models for the distribution characteristics of strings in fastq files to perform more efficient compression algorithms. Most universities store their consumption data in relational databases; the amount of data is huge, but the databases performance only enables it to show the students consumption records from recent days. The delay when performing big data analysis in relational databases is very large. This article proposes a method by exporting data from relational database to NoSQL database, selecting the right database to balance the delay of importing and querying time and using load balancing, caching, and other tuning strategies to reduce the response time of web application, achieving a good user experience under a high concurrency environment.
