AS an important computer basic courses, C programming requires frequent practices. Traditional LBL-based teaching are very inefficient for such a highly practical course. This article analyzes the disadvantages of traditional LBL-based teaching at first, and then illustrates how PBL-based sandwich teaching is applied to the curriculum of c programming. By comparing PBL-based sandwich teaching with traditional LBL-based teaching, advantages of the latter are found by examination results and questionaire. These now also often include learning objects such as asynchronous peer support. Research has shown that such support can significantly contribute to student success, although there is as yet little research to prove that this is the case for international students - the focus of this research. This paper aims to illustrate the impact of asynchronous online peer support in general and identify reasons why international students might be reluctant to engage with this particular type of learning object. A review of literature reveals that learner acceptance depends on a significant range of variables, intrinsic and extrinsic, to which international students add new facets. To determine the impact of such variables, a survey was administered to test hypotheses using SPSS software analysis. It was found that commonly identified barriers to the use of asynchronous peer support are not valid in the case of international students. Based on these findings, an enhanced framework attempts to offer solutions. Based on the theorems, the paper also proposes a guideline of designing parallel algorithm to factorize an odd integer. However, one of its fatal weaknesses is that it is very sensitive to initialization and easy to get into local minima. WWO (The water wave optimization algorithm) is a widely used global optimization method. Its main advantage is simple, general and suitable for parallel processing. Thus combining optimization algorithm in waves and fuzzy clustering, can play a water wave algorithm for global optimization ability. It can give attention to both local optimization ability and improve the convergence speed at the same time, to better solve the problem of clustering. The algorithm using water wave optimization algorithm to find the optimal solution as the initial clustering center of fuzzy clustering. And then, using the fuzzy clustering to initialize clustering center. Compared with traditional classroom teaching, online teaching has advantages, such as not being constrained by place and offering a wide range of interactions. Simultaneously, online teaching lacks interaction between lecturers and learners, and the lecturers are unable to observe the learners face to face. This paper proposes and implements a real-time emotion-score recognition model based on the convolutional neural network. It captures the learners' learning picture through a webcam, judges the learners' learning emotions in real time, and provides feedback to the lecturer, achieving real-time feedback of emotion in distance education. Digitization technologies have been widely used not only in the industrial field but also in the process of protecting Nonphysical Cultural Heritage which is the treasure of human civilization. In the past 10 years, China has promoted the digital practices of Nonphysical Cultural Heritage through a series of measures including legislation and policies, project implementation, and formulating specifications, which transform Nonphysical Cultural Heritage into digital resources that can be stored and regenerated. However, it is undeniable that the utility of these digital resources has not been fully exploited. The existing digitization of Nonphysical Cultural Heritage is simply a ‘mirroring’ of Nonphysical Cultural Heritage resources. This paper proceeds from discussing the current issues of the Nonphysical Cultural Heritage digitization industry and proposes some paths to break the dilemma of mirroring cultural resources. Then starting from the different participators within the digital industry (government, enterprises), it is proposed to create a public service platform of digital Nonphysical Cultural Heritage, integrate Nonphysical Cultural Heritage into digital publishing industry, digital film industry, and digital tourism industry. The establishment of a digital museum system for intangible cultural heritage will help to realize the sharing of intangible cultural resources and promote the full spread of the functions of intangible cultural heritage. Starting with the user's psychological needs and users' characteristics of the non-legacy digital museum, the UI visual level design of the non-legacy digital museum based on user experience is to discuss the cultural psychology, visual perception, and comfort of the user in the process of using the non-legacy digital platform, and discuss the interface layer of the non-legacy digital museum. It mainly focuses on three aspects of visual hierarchy design: color, text, and layout. At the same time, we can use the grid system to create a good visual atmosphere, enabling users to experience better in the visual sense. It makes the design leads to a beautiful user experience through the cultural element display and aesthetic sense of the interface, and guides the user to complete the interaction process. By keeping the usability of the interface, effectively controlling the text, color and image of the interface to ensure it can be used easily. First, the parameters of extreme learning machine are coded as the discharge projectile position, and the total weighted error is taken as the fitness value. Then the optimal parameters of the extreme learning machine are found by simulating the lightning discharge behavior, and a network intrusion detection classifier is established. Finally, The KDD99 data set is used for simulation experiments on the MATLAB 2015a platform. In order to ensure successful escape from the accident places and provide a scientific and efficient plan for evacuees, an evacuation model based on artificial fish swarm algorithm(AFSA) for large public place is presented in this paper. In the model, each evacuee is considered as an intelligent artificial fish, and the foraging process of fish swarm is used to simulate evacuation behavior. Route choice strategy is proposed to simulate the psychological behaviors of evacuation individuals. Evacuation Simulation algorithm based on artificial fish swarm is proposed and applied to large stadium evacuation problem. The experimental and simulated results show that the presented model and algorithm can simulate the characteristics of the evacuation individuals, the evacuation rules and the uncertain factors in the evacuation process.
