The problem decreases the fitness of graduates and enterprises in the development of Chinese education and industry. In this paper, we analyze main reasons of the rapid resignation and propose countermeasures accordingly. Personal development, salary, psychology problem and corporate culture & management system are the main reasons after analysis of graduate resignation rate in the present graduating year. Enhancing the effectiveness of “career planning” course, cultivating “craftsman spirit”, and developing corporate culture, we solve the four main reasons mentioned before gradually. Reasonable time planning and schedule design enable three different types of traffic with various time-critical characteristics including Time-Triggered (TT) traffic, Rate-Constrained (RC) traffic and Best-Effort (BE) traffic to be transmitted regulated by their own rules and priority efficiently. This paper raises a method suited for generating TTE network off-line time schedule with response constraint. Also, this research introduces response constraint as an important consideration on the basis of existed hybrid traffic partitioning scheduling strategy. At the same time, the network schedule is used to form a composite schedule table strategy to simplify the schedule generation process. However, utilizing online learning only can't provide sufficient support for modern education. To deal with that, this paper proposes an IT-based TPFS teaching model, which brings a new online to offline teaching mode. The proposed model sets up a strategy to combine offline teaching and online learning together and makes them play their own strength efficiently thus to improve education quality. The model optimizes the teaching practice into three phases and four steps and develops three IT-based application systems to assist online learning. Hence, this paper introduces the AccessBIM framework, which is an efficient real-time indoor navigation system that facilitates in generating a real-time indoor map by crowdsourcing spatial data through the sensors available in mobile devices of navigators. The framework is equipped with a database optimization algorithm known as “Tempcache” which reduces the time and cost of searching data by examining the AccessBIM database for previously navigated paths, thus enabling faster data retrieval through efficient query processing. A simulation of a virtual environment similar to an actual indoor environment was used to test the algorithm. The significance of the algorithm was validated by comparing the total map generation time before and after the algorithm was applied for which the results demonstrated a reduction in map generation time with the use of the algorithm. Researchers have identified different variants of Ransomware families since 2015. Lack of knowledge of the user about the threat is a major concern. Ransomware detection methodologies are still growing through the industry. Email is the easiest method to send Ransomware to its victims. Uninformed users tend to click on links and attachments without much consideration assuming the emails are genuine. As a solution to this in this paper R-Killer Ransomware detection tool is introduced. Tool can be integrated with existing email services. The core detection Engine (CDE) discussed in the paper focuses on separating suspicious samples from emails and handling them until a decision is made regarding the suspicious mail. It has the capability of preventing execution of identified ransomware processes. On the other hand, Sandboxing and URL analyzing system has the capability of communication with public threat intelligence services to gather known threat intelligence. The R-Killer has its own mechanism developed in its Proactive Monitoring System (PMS) which can monitor the processes created by downloaded email attachments and identify potential Ransomware activities. However, most of the current text resources do not provide keywords. Manual tagging keywords, with high accuracy, but often with strong subjectivity, takes more time to read and understand the text, which obviously can't meet the rapid growth of information resources today. Keyword extraction technology, establishing a unified standard, with the help of the computer's rapid processing power, automatically extracting keywords, can greatly reduce the manpower, time consumption and the impact of subjectivity. In this paper, we propose an improved algorithm for extracting more effective keywords. We first find the optimal paragraphing in the continuous text segmentation, and construct the topic hierarchy of the document based on the vector space model. Then we develop an algorithm based on the topic hierarchy of the document to extract most significant keywords. Based on a review of secondary literature, this paper proposes a framework for student recruitment. The expected results indicated that there are several approaches that marketers could use to reach and recruit prospective students more effectively. These approaches include positive electronic word-of-mouth (e-WOM), social media campaigns, virtual campus tours and Facebook Live, which have significant and positive impact on student recruitment. Moreover, the study suggests that social media validation plays a mediating role between social media campaigns and student recruitment. This study aids institutions in gaining insights into students' behaviours, needs, and attitudes towards social media marketing. One of these solutions is to provide an environmentally friendly, efficient and effective garbage management system. The current garbage collection system includes routine garbage trucks doing rounds daily or weekly, which not only doesn't cover every zone of the city but is a completely inefficient use of government resources. This paper proposes a cost-effective IOT based system for the government to utilize available resources to efficiently manage the overwhelming amounts of garbage collected each day, while also providing a better solution for the inconvenience of garbage disposal for the citizens. This is done by a network of smart bins which integrates cloud-based techniques to monitor and analyze data collected to provide predictive routes generated through algorithms for garbage trucks.
