The problem decreases the fitness of graduates and enterprises in the development of Chinese education and industry. In this paper, we analyze main reasons of the rapid resignation and propose countermeasures accordingly. Personal development, salary, psychology problem and corporate culture & management system are the main reasons after analysis of graduate resignation rate in the present graduating year. Enhancing the effectiveness of “career planning” course, cultivating “craftsman spirit”, and developing corporate culture, we solve the four main reasons mentioned before gradually.
