Abstract

Time-Triggered Ethernet (TTE) is a new network communicational technic with Ethernet, which combines time service and event service. Reasonable time planning and schedule design enable three different types of traffic with various time-critical characteristics including Time-Triggered (TT) traffic, Rate-Constrained (RC) traffic and Best-Effort (BE) traffic to be transmitted regulated by their own rules and priority efficiently.
