This search was formulated with Schweitzer’s fundamental thought that Jesus is a moral teacher, on an equal footing with other moral teachers. This is not entirely true, even though the descriptions of his books refer to the four Gospels and the Pauline epistles. He concentrated only on the humanity of Jesus and did not write an introduction to the divinity of Jesus. The thought that Jesus is a Moral Teacher became the basis of strength for Schweitzer to carry out missionary services in Lambarene, Africa, among people who were suffering and had not received formal education. This paper uses qualitative methods and literature studies with descriptive studies and theological reflection. It is hoped that this writing will be useful for every Christian to know Jesus in His status as the Son of God and man while at the same time encouraging a Bible-based and Christ-centered Christian Religious Education learning process and the formation of godly character to serve fellow human beings.\u0000Abstrak: Pemikiran Albert Schweitzer terbentuk sejak kecil dari rumahnya sampai ke perguruan tinggi, berkaitan pencariannya tentang kesejarahan Yesus secara biblika, teologi, dan filosofi. Pencarian itu melahirkan pemikiran mendasar bagi Schweitzer bahwa Yesus adalah Guru Moral, disejajarkan dengan guru moral lainnya. Hal itu tidak sepenuhnya benar, sekalipun uraian dari buku-bukunya merujuk pada empat kitab Injil dan Surat-Surat Paulus. Ia hanya memperhatikan kemanusiaan Yesus dan belum menuliskan pengenalannya akan keilahian Yesus. Pemikiran Yesus adalah Guru Moral menjadi dasar kekuatan bagi Schweitzer melakukan pelayanan misi di Lambarene, Afrika di antara orang-orang yang menderita dan yang belum mendapatkan pendidikan formal. Tulisan ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dan studi Pustaka dengan kajian deskriptif dan refleksi teologis. This is important because today's churches have been contaminated with corrupt and manipulative practices in ministry practices. By using qualitative research, especially biblical studies or text analysis, several related research results and anti-corruption values and principles are found in the church. First, values for the anti-corruption applied by Jesus include honesty, caring, responsibility, hard work, and courage. Then the anti-corruption principles also applied by Jesus, among others: accountability, transparency, fairness, policies, and control over policies.\u0000Abstrak: Penelitian ini adalah kajian terhadap teks atau perikop Yohanes 2:13-22 untuk membangun nilai dan prinsip pendidikan antikorupsi dalam Gereja. Hal ini penting karena gereja masa kini telah banyak yang terkontaminasi praktik korupsi dan manipulatif dalam praktik pelayanan. Dengan menggunakan penelitian kualitatif, khususnya kajian biblika atau analisis teks, maka ditemukan beberapa hasil penelitian terkait dan nilai dan prinsip antikorupsi dalam gereja. Nilai antikorupsi yang diterapkan oleh Yesus antara lain: kejujuran, kepedulian, tanggung jawab, kerja keras dan keberanian. Thus, every Christian Religious Education teacher will be actively involved in his role as a Christian religion teacher. This research is because there is a phenomenon about Christian religious teachers who work only as teachers and do not involve themselves in evangelism. Likewise, the ministry in the church is as if there is a thick barrier. Through this research, it is hoped that Christian religious education teachers can play an active role in spreading the gospel through their teaching methods in schools. The research method used in this preparation is a literature study approach by collecting the views of experts and then compiling them in the form of articles. As a result, it is found that Christian religious education teachers can apply the gospel message in their teaching by using the Bible as the only Word of God. Christian religious teachers can act as evangelists, motivators, facilitators, counselors, and mentors, even shepherds for their students.\u0000Abstrak: Penelitian ini membahas tentang integrasi pekabaran Injil ke dalam Pendidikan Agama Kristen. Dengan demikian setiap guru Pendidikan Agama Kristen akan terlibat secara aktif dalam melaksanakan perannya sebagai guru agama Kristen. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini karena ada muncul fenomena tentang guru agama Kristen yang berprofesi hanya sebagai guru saja dan tidak melibatkan diri dalam pekabaran Injil. Demikian juga pelayanan di gereja, seakan terdapat sekat yang tebal. Melalui penelitian ini diharapkan agar para guru pendidikan agama Kristen dapat berperan aktif dalam pekabaran Injil melalui metode pengajaran mereka di sekolah. Metode penelitian yang penulis gunakan dalam penyusunan ini adalah pendektan studi kepustakaan dengan mengumpulkan pandangan para ahli lalu menyusunnya dalam bentuk artikel. Sebagai hasil yang didapatkan bahwa guru Pendidikan agama Kristen dapat menerapkan pekabaran Injil dalam pengajaran mereka. Dengan menggunakan Alkitab sebagai satu-satunya firman Tuhan. This study uses a literature study method and a biblical analysis approach (specifically the Gospels) so that it can describe a general picture of the problems experienced in Christianity related to the divinity of Jesus and apologetic actions (defense of the faith) against those who attack and doubt the divinity of Jesus. The author begins by explaining the theoretical concepts related to the discussion topics so that the author and the reader have the same perception of the concept and the basis of the discussion. Then systematically describe the heresies in Christology, such as Arianism, Docetism, Gnosticism, Monarchianism, Ebionitism, Liberalism, and Jehovah's Witnesses with the factors of Jesus' Divinity Skepticism consisting of elements in Jesus' humanity and divinity. Thus, the researchers also provide solutions regarding apologetic-theological efforts against the skepticism of the divinity of Jesus according to the Gospels, which structurally will explain biblical implicit and explicit evidence, biblical acknowledgment of others/other parties, the biblical confession of behavior biblically, and Christology from the Biblical-Theological Review. All these reviews were conducted to prove that Jesus is a true man and true God.\u0000Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah melakukan tinjauan apologetis-teologis terhadap skeptisisme ke-Tuhan-an Yesus menurut kitab Injil. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi literatur serta pendekatan analisis biblika (khusus kitab Injil), sehingga dapat mendeskripsikan gambaran umum terkait permasalahan yang dialami dalam kekristenan terkait keilahian Yesus serta tindakan apologetik (pembelaan iman) terhadap pihak-pihak yang menyerang dan meragukan keilahian Yesus. Penulis mengawalinya dengan menjelaskan konsep teoritis terkait pokok-pokok pembahasan sehingga antara penulis dan pembaca memiliki persepsi yang sama tentang konsep dan dasar pembahasan. Kemudian secara sistematis mendeskripsikan mengenai bidat dalam Kristologi seperti: Arianisme, Doketisme, Gnostisisme, Monarkianisme, Ebionitisme, Liberalisme maupun Saksi Yehova dengan faktor-faktor Skeptisisme Ke-Tuhan-an Yesus yang terdiri dari faktor kemanusiaan dan faktor keilahian Yesus. Serta, peneliti juga memberikan solusi mengenai upaya apologetis-teologis terhadap skeptisisme ke-Tuhan-an Yesus menurut kitab Injil dimana secara struktural akan memaparkan mengenai bukti implisit dan eksplisit secara biblika, pengakuan orang lain/pihak lain secara biblika, perilaku Ilahi-Nya secara biblika, serta kristologi dari tinjauan teologis-biblika. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods to explain the implementation of digital-based learning models that can develop student creativity. The concept is that developing student creativity makes it possible to achieve maximum learning outcomes.\u0000Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui implementasi model pembelajaran kreatif berbasis teknologi digital dalam mengembangkan kreativitas mahasiswa dalam proses belajar mengajar. Dosen mendesain perencanaan pembelajaran berbasis proyek untuk mengembangkan kreativitas dengan memanfaatkan teknologi digital. Many people fall into various sinful acts because of poverty. Poverty has a terrible impact on all social aspects of society, including the church community. Based on the background above, how can a skilled pastoral ministry reach this situation to contribute to overcoming the poverty of church members? The aims of this study are: how can pastoral care accompany the Church to improve the welfare of church members?; How to help Church members start agribusiness entrepreneurs as an alternative to overcoming poverty?; How to maintain the congregation's faith growth in balance with the congregation's economic growth? This study uses a descriptive method through a literature review and interpretation as a scientific work. The Bible is the primary reference; books and journals related to research purposes are used as supporting materials. The results of this study recommend agribusiness entrepreneurship as an opportunity to improve the people's economy, which should be one of the prioritized church programs in pastoral care.\u0000Abstrak: Kemiskinan dan penderitaan adalah keadaan yang tidak pernah diinginkan oleh siapapun termasuk anggota jemaat. Banyak orang yang jatuh ke dalam berbagai perbuatan dosa oleh karena kemiskinan. Kemiskinan sangat berdampak buruk kepada semua aspek sosial masyarakat termasuk komunitas gereja. Berdasarkan latar belakang di atas, maka bagaimana pelayanan pastoral yang terampil dapat menjangkau keadaan ini untuk berkontribusi mengatasi kemiskinan anggota jemaat? Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: bagaimana pelayanan pastoral mendampingingi Gereja meningkatkan kesejahteraan anggota jemaat?; bagaimana menolong anggota jemaat untuk memulai wirausaha agrobisnis sebagai salah satu alternatif mengatasi kemiskinan?; bagaimana memelihara pertumbuhan iman jemaat yang seimbang dengan pertumbuhan ekonomi jemaat?. Kajian ini dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif yaitu melalui tinjauan pustaka dan interpretasi sebagai karya ilmiah. Alkitab adalah referensi utama dan didukung dengan buku-buku, jurnal-jurnal yang berhubungan dengan tujuan penelitian. Metaverse digital technology has drawn the churches’ interest to utilize it as an option for virtual worship. The existence of metaverse in churches has gradually led to less interaction among believers. Was it true that metaverse made the church ministry easier? What does the Bible say about the metaverse? This research used a literature study in which the function of the church was studied and how it related to the metaverse, a virtual space device. The conclusion is that the digital technology of the metaverse could not always be used in Christian worship. Biblical facts assign the believers' meetings (face-to-face) as an option and priority in communion. The Bible does not reject digital developments but requires believers and church leaders to be critical and wise in facing technological developments to improve the ministry and not to take people away from God and fellow believers because of technological devices. Abstrak: Metaverse menyajikan sebuah dunia virtual di mana setiap anggota dapat saling berinteraksi tanpa harus melakukan tatap muka secara langsung. Teknologi digital metaverse sudah mulai diminati gereja untuk digunakan sebagai opsi dalam melakukan ibadah virtual. Kehadiran metaverse dalam gereja secara perlahan menyebabkan berkurangnya interaksi bagi sesama orang percaya. Benarkah metaverse memudahkan pelayanan gereja? Bagaimana kajian Alkitab terhadap metaverse? Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi pustaka di mana fungsi gereja dikaji dan bagaimana relevansinya dengan perangkat ruang virtual metaverse. Kesimpulan yang didapat bahwa tidak selalu teknologi digital metaverse dapat dipergunakan dalam hal ibadah Kristiani. Fakta Alkitab menempatkan pertemuan-pertemuan orang percaya (tatap muka) sebagai opsi dan prioritas dalam suatu persekutuan. {"title":"Status Perempuan Menurut Perspektif Kejadian 2:18","authors":"Jeon Okyob","doi":"10.47304/jl.v8i2.280","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.47304/jl.v8i2.280","url":null,"abstract":"Abstract: Many Christians in Asia still think men are superior to women because women were created to be men’s “helpers.” In order to respond to the misunderstanding about men’s superiority over women from the word “helper” in Genesis 2:18, the status of women from the perspective of Genesis 2:18 is studied in this article. The method used in this study is a hermeneutical approach, specifically exegesis. The result is that in Genesis 2:18, there is no connotation about women’s inferiority under men or the lawfulness of men’s domination over women. It emphasizes that God will prepare the woman who can offer the man’s needs, and the word “helper” does not state the status of the woman but her role for the man. Moreover, men and women should help each other on an equal level. Genesis 1:26-28, 1 Corinthians 11:9, and 1 Timothy 2:13 are the same as Genesis 2:18 regarding the status of women. \u0000Abstrak: Banyak orang Kristen di Asia masih menganggap laki-laki lebih tinggi dari perempuan karena perempuan diciptakan untuk menjadi “pembantu” laki-laki. Menanggapi kesalahpahaman tentang superioritas laki-laki atas perempuan dari kata “penolong” dalam Kejadian 2:18, status perempuan dari sudut pandang Kejadian 2:18 dipelajari dalam artikel ini. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan hermeneutika, khususnya eksegesis. Hasilnya, dalam Kejadian 2:18, tidak ada konotasi tentang inferioritas perempuan di bawah laki-laki atau sahnya dominasi laki-laki atas perempuan. Ditekankan bahwa Tuhan akan mempersiapkan wanita yang dapat memenuhi kebutuhan pria, dan kata “penolong” tidak menyatakan status wanita tetapi perannya bagi pria. Selain itu, pria dan wanita harus saling membantu pada tingkat yang setara. The research topic is inseparable from the current situation, where most teachers no longer pay attention to communication when teaching, so it impacts the ineffectiveness of teaching and learning activities. Several conclusions can be obtained using qualitative research or, more precisely, a literature review. The findings are (1) Jesus communicated His teaching in the form of parables; (2) Jesus communicated His teachings with practical examples; (3) Jesus communicated His teaching while preaching; (4) Jesus communicated His teaching with creative actions; and (5) Jesus communicated His teachings with full authority and role model. If Christian educators want to be role models, then every Christian educator must communicate each of the teachings with simple analogies, actual and known by every student, or using parables in the context of Jesus' teaching. Then today's Christian educators must also communicate their teaching with practical examples in sermon language or language that is practical and easy for every student to digest. Not only that, but every Christian educator must also take creative actions to convey and communicate each of their teachings.\u0000Abstrak: Tulisan ini meneliti tentang Komunikasi Pengajaran Yesus menjadi role model bagi pendidik Kristen. Topik ini diteliti tidak terlepas dengan kondisi masa kini, di mana kebanyakan guru tidak lagi memperhatikan komunikasi ketika mengajar sehingga berdampak kepada kurang efektifnya kegiatan belajar-mengajar yang dilakukan. Dengan menggunakan penelitian kualitatif atau lebih tepatnya kajian literatur, maka dapat diperoleh beberapa kesimpulan yaitu (1) Yesus mengkomunikasikan pengajaran-Nya dalam bentuk perumpamaan; (2) Yesus mengkomunikasikan pengajaran-Nya dengan contoh-contoh praktis; (3) Yesus mengkomunikasikan pengajaran-Nya sambil berkhotbah; (4) Yesus mengkomunikasikan pengajaran-Nya dengan tindakan-tindakan yang kreatif; dan (5) Yesus mengkomunikasikan pengajaran-Nya dengan penuh otoritas dan keteladanan. Apabila pendidik Kristen hendak menjadikannya sebagai role model maka setiap pendidik Kristen harus mengkomunikasikan setiap pengajarannya dengan analogi-analogi yang sederhana, real dan diketahui oleh setiap peserta didik atau kalau dalam konteks Yesus mengajar, menggunakan perumpamaan. Pendidik Kristen masa kini juga harus mengkomunikasikan pengajarannya dengan contoh-contoh yang praktis dengan bahasa khotbah atau bahasa yang praktis dan mudah dicerna oleh setiap peserta didik. Theological Seminaries are required to carry out a transformation that is oriented toward to use of digital technology. The transformation is restricted not only to the system but also to the mindset of educators in managing educational services and implementing the learning process. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method with a library study approach. Descriptive research is carried out to find an explanation of a concept or phenomenon that occurs. The purpose of this article is to emphasize the importance of theological seminary in designing strategies for implementing the learning process and educational services in this disruptive era, as well as how to prepare competent human resources to support the successful implementation of education at the theological seminary. This is very urgent to be executed immediately, considering the challenges above are a reality that is currently happening.\u0000Abstrak: Artikel ini memberikan gambaran tentang tantangan yang dihadapi dunia pendidikan, khususnya Sekolah Tinggi Teologi di era disrupsi, yang telah memicu terjadinya perubahan besar dalam dunia pendidikan. Sekolah Tinggi Teologi dituntut untuk melakukan transformasi yang berorientasi pada pemanfaatan teknologi digital. Transformasi yang tidak hanya terbatas pada sistem, tetapi juga mindset para pelaksana pendidikan dalam mengelola layanan pendidikan dan pelaksanaan proses pembelajaran. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif melalui pendekatan studi pustaka. Riset deskriptif dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk menemukan penjelasan suatu konsep atau fenomena yang terjadi. Tujuan penulisan artikel ini untuk menekankan pentingnya Sekolah Tinggi Teologi untuk merancang strategi dalam melaksanakan proses pembelajaran dan layanan pendidikan di era disrupsi, serta bagaimana mempersiapkan sumber daya manusia yang kompeten untuk menunjang keberhasilan pelaksanaan pendidikan di Sekolah Tinggi Teologi.
