Prediction of travel time and traffic congestion based on past and current traffic information is not straightforward due to among others, the high complexity and ill predictability of traffic process, incorrect observations and different data sources. However it appears that neural networks can be exhaustively used to solve these problems. The system is designed on top of a mesh based communication infrastructure for the mobile nodes to communicate. Communication network comprises of multiple networks, i.e. VHF, UHF. The mesh based communication approach enables easy deployment of the system in real world. In this paper an analysis of the character of MAI is carried out. The main causes of intra-cell MAI and their effects on the system are highlighted through simulation and analysis. A considerable research effort in the development of efficient multiple user detection (MUD) techniques is in progress, however no concrete analysis of MAI and its character modeling is found in the literature. In aim paper numerous factors which result in MAI enhancement like asynchronous reverse channel, semi-orthogonal long PN codes and increase in users are analyzed. It is assumed that the jobs are available at time zero and have sequence-dependent setup times on machines. For solving the scheduling problem we develop a new branch and bound system which constructs its search tree gradually and does not need a large size memory. An upper-bound cost (UBC) is introduced to initialize the root node in search tree which reduces Branch and Bound computations. For modeling the manufacturing system and applying the desired sequence-dependent schedule on it, a supervisor Petri net is introduced.
