There has been a considerable accumulation of Turkish literature related to the Milad genre, which has become an independent literary class with the passage of time. Prominent among them is the work of Süleyman Çelebi called Vesiletu'n-Nejat. This work become famous with the name of “Mevlid”. Initially, Milad was celebrated only on the occasion of the Prophet’s birthday, which was loved in Anatolia and started to celebrate at every happy and sad moments of life in order to acquire merit. The main reason why the Milad tradition has become so widespread is the love of the Turks for the prophet. In addition, the melodiousness of the work and the beautiful interpretations of the mevlithans (chanters of the Milad) also played an important role in the popularization of this tradition. This tradition has been adopted more in rural areas than into the cities. The Turks also continued their customs during the Milad ceremonies which were permissible before Islam. Nowadays, the Prophet’s birthday is celebrated with enthusiasm all over Anatolia.","PeriodicalId":221918,"journal":{"name":"Islamic Studies Research Journal Abḥāth","volume":"45 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-06-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121561246","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

But it is also necessary for Islamic banks to invest in partnership based modes of finance like ‘Shirkah’ and Modaraba’. A keen look upon goals of Shariah shows that it is a great flaw in Islamic banks that they still are not able or trying to invest via‘Shirkah’ and Modaraba’. Whenever we utter the word ‘Islamic banking’ this not only reflects the transitional modes of financing but also shows the ideal ones as well. This article discusses the potential and practical methods of investment on the basis of ‘Modaraba’.There are some prevailing modes of finance similar to Islamic mode ‘Modaraba’, like ‘Venture Capital’, ‘Merchant Banking’ and ‘Holding Company’. After some modifications according to Shariah they could easily adapt these modes for the purpose of partnership based financing and step forward to achieve the goals of Shariah. If Islamic banks adapt these modes theycould rapidly grow in there field in real sense.","PeriodicalId":221918,"journal":{"name":"Islamic Studies Research Journal Abḥāth","volume":"55 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-03-26","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126858025","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In this article I have tried to reproduce the text in light of Islamic jurisprudence from the Holy Quran and the sayings of the Holy Prophet Hazrat Muhammad (Sallallahu Alihi Wa Sallam.) that makes it a duty on the Muslim rulers to ensure safety of their lives, property and safeguard all their human rights. I have also tried to bring relevant examples from history of the Holy Prophet, the rightly guided Caliphs and the Muslim rulers. They not only protected their rights but on occasions gave them preference over the rights of the Muslims.
