Dresses are really a true depiction of the people, their thoughts and ideologies, their convictions and beliefs and their culture and civilization. Dresses prevalent in a particular nation are held in high esteem by the nation and to wear them is considered as the standard of nationalism and patriotism. But the modernity with the help of colonialism perished away all the standards of religiosity, nationalism and patriotism. Modernity attacked the cultures of the nations through dresses and for the purpose the modernists designed the dresses after their own heart and ideals that were definitely against the dogmas of the natives. Now modern people particularly modern women are found all over the world and are fond of modernity and modernity can be penetrated through branded dresses specially and purposely designed. The only purpose of the branded dresses was to demolish the identity of the Islamic culture and civilization. Blood symbolized the soul or life. Religion provides invaluable terms for referring to it. The article starts by exploring the historical existence of human sacrificial phenomena in world civilizations, followed by elaborating the nature of its existence in Judaism. It deals with such questions; Is there any Biblical narration of human blood shed and its prohibition exits? When, according to the Jews, blood loses its veneration and one intends to shed human life? What the Hebrew terms Kiddush Hashemand Yom kippuraremeant in relation to the religiously motivated death? Does the Hebrew Bible and Judaic Tradition record any instance of self-sacrifice/martyrdom; Individual and collective throughout Jewish history? Do the Jewish scriptures motivate its adherents to do so? What could be the objectives and reasons in fostering this extreme act of self-sacrifice? How the Talmudic Teachings and Rabbinic Law treat this phenomenon and elaborates its legitimacy or the other way round? Just as the soul of Islam is its belief system, the soul of these beliefs is to believe in, and have faith in, the Oneness of the Almighty. This belief is the pinnacle of all others which profess the Oneness of Allah. He is Unique and Singular in terms of nature and attributes. All the Prophets and Messengers preached the same belief throughout their lives. This belief has been comprehensively described in Surah Al-Ikhlas and Ayat al-Kursi (The Throne Verse). Although it is indubitably true that if this belief is adulterated, the edifice of other beliefs will surely collapse, many religions – other than Islam – have contaminated the pure concept of Allah’s Oneness. Idolist or naturalistic religions have depraved the true concept of Allah. Even some divine religions have veered off from the true idea of Tawheed and their followers resorted to Shirk. The knowledge pattern needed to ascertain the existence of God has to be the Quranic one, and sans it affirming the existence of Allah may become perplexing. The main purpose of Bait-ul-Mal is to spend for the welfare of the people of the Islamic government. Therefore, it is considered the bank and national treasure of the Muslim people. In this way, this institution is considered the guarantor of the property, the protector of the trust, and the official treasury of the central institutions of the Muslims. It is a study of the management of external relations and activities of nation-states. Being a universal religion Islam represents broad vision of its constituted policies and considers itself responsible for the preparation of its rights. In spite of these approaches, Islam gives its own guidance in this perspective. The Prophet of Islam, Hazrat Muhammad ﷺ was sent for all peoples of the world, and his Shari`ah was universal. After Hijrah, The Holy Prophet ﷺ made practically the establishment of Islamic State of Madeena, made arrangements of conveying to the whole humanity, the worldly and universal message of Islamic ideology.
