The subjects in this study were group B at Dharma Wanita Tenggong Kindergarten, Rejotangan District, Tulungagung Regency, which consisted of 15 children consisting of 6 boys and nine girls. Based on the results of the application of mystery box media in the first cycle, children's cognitive abilities reached 67%. The use of mystery box media continued in the second cycle; children's cognitive skills got 93%, meaning that there was an influence of mystery box media variables on the cognitive abilities of group B children in Dharma Wanita Tenggong Kindergarten. This research is quantitative design. The sample of this research is the students of class VIII- Seven which consists of 33 students. The research method used is quantitative. This type of research is experimental research. Data collection techniques used in this study were observation sheets and questionnaires.The results show that the use of e-learning affected students' learning motivation. The validity test process conducted it with the value of t- table 0.349, and the reliability test of learning motivation is 0.958 with a high category. The results of the test data are typically distributed and homogeneous. This is evidenced by the paired sample test with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. The data on the use of e-learning was obtained through learning observations which included e-learning systems, e-learning content, and e-learning infrastructure. E-learning system uses learning media such as zoom application, WhatsApp, and google classroom. E-learning content in the form of teaching videos and electronic math books in the format of applications that can be downloaded through the Playstore. E-learning infrastructure is used in learning activities, such as computers, laptops, and mobile phones connected to the network. The research was carried out as a whole and simultaneously. Data analysis through data reduction, data presentation, and concluding. The results of this study show that the implementation of academic supervision carried out by the principal first carried out the planning process, such as making learning tools (syllabus and rpp), supervision schedules, supervision instruments, supervision techniques, guiding teachers in carrying out learning activities in class or the field, determining the plan for the implementation of supervision and making a supervision format. The principal informs all teachers to prepare all that will be supervised. The implementation of supervision begins with data collection to find various shortcomings and weaknesses of teachers, carried out at the end of the semester, after the midterm exam. The subjects in this study were group A in Pembina Al-fadhilah Kindergarten, totaling 16 children. The method used is class action research in 3 cycles. Each cycle consists of four phases; planning, execution, observation, and reflection. The type of this research is classroom action research, and the learning model used is the Project-Based Learning model. The subjects of this study were group A children at Baitul Makmur Islamic Kindergarten Banjarmasin. From the observations at Baitul Makmur Islamic Kindergarten, students in group A in the 2021/2022 academic year have relatively low artistic creativity. Based on identifying problems and actions taken in group A of Baitul Makmur Islamic Kindergarten, the researchers obtained the following research data. Before the action the category score reached 16%, in the first cycle it reached 50% and the second cycle reached 83.3%. And with this it can be concluded that efforts to develop children's artistic creativity through activities to make family photo frames from ice cream sticks were declared successful, so this activity can be accepted as a way to develop children's artistic creativity. Peneliti bertujuan untuk mengembangkan kreativitas seni anak melalui kegiatan membuat bingkai foto keluarga dari stik es krim. Adapun jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas, model pembelajaran yang digunakan model pembelajaran Projek Based Learning. Subjek penelitian ini adalah anak kelompok A di TK Islam Baitul Makmur Banjarmasin. Dari hasil observasi di TK Islam Baitul Makmur peserta didik yang ada di kelompok A Tahun Pelajaran 2021/2022 mempunyai kreativitas seni tergolong rendah. Berdasarkan identifikasi masalah dan tindakan yang dilakukan di kelompok A Tk Islam Baitul Makmur, peneliti memperoleh data penelitian sebagai berikut : sebelum tindakan skor kategori mencapai 16%, pada tindakan siklus I mencapai 50% dan siklus II mencapai 83,3%. In this case, the child's ability is lacking due to the teacher's lack of stimulus, the image media used by the teacher is less attractive and not varied, or the child's environment is less supportive. The research was carried out at the Sulawesi Kindergarten which is located at jalan tupai no.98 kelurahan labuang baji, mamajang district Makassar. It was carried out in group B with 14 children divided into eight boys and six girls. The problem-solving in group B is carried out using the media of a series of images made by the teacher. The objective is to (a) describe the use of illustrated media and (b) describe the increase in children's speaking activities, especially storytelling through image media. (c) present the results of improving children's speaking skills, especially in terms of storytelling, after learning with series image media, Data collection using learning and observation results. The collected data were analyzed by descriptive analysis. And obtained an average score, in cycle I, the ability to speak and respond to children was 28.87%, cycle II became 57.14%, and in the third cycle, it became 64.26%. From the results of these percentages, series image media can improve children's participation skills with the support of varied and exciting methods and involve children in each activity. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan kemampuan berbicara anak didik TK dalam hal bercerita ataupun merespon pertanyaan guru. Dalam hal ini, kemampuan anak kurang dikarenakan guru yang kurang memberikan stimulus atau media gambar yang digunakan guru kurang menarik dan tidak bervariasi ataupun lingkungan anak yang kurang mendukung. Adapun penelitian dilaksanakan di Taman kanak-kanak Sulawesi yang beralamat di jalan tupai no.98 kelurahan labuang baji, kecamatan mamajang Makassar. Dilakukan di kelompok B dengan jumlah anak sebanyak 14 anak yang terbagi atas 8 anak laki-laki dan 6 anak perempuan. Adapun penyelesaian masalah di di kelompok B ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan media gambar seri yang dibuat guru. Tujuannya yaitu (a) mendeskripsikan penggunaan media bergambar (b) menggambarkan peningkatan aktifitas berbicara anak khususnya bercerita melalui media gambar. (c) memaparkan hasil peningkatan kemampuan berbicara anak khususnya dalam hal bercerita setelah menggunakan pembelajaran dengan media gambar seri. Pengambilan data dengan menggunakan hasil belajar dan observasi. Data yang dikumpulkan dianalisis dengan analisis deskriptif. Dan diperoleh skor rata-rata, pada siklus I, kemampuan berbicara dan merespon anak 28,87%, siklus II menjadi sebesar 57,14% dan pada siklus ke III menjadi sebesar 64,26%. There are several problems related to hard motoric skills that are still not optimal because children are not free to explore, and hard motoric skills are still limited, as in gymnastics movements and static learning methods. Therefore, efforts are being made to optimize children's hard motoric skills through traditional cat and mouse games. This research is the type of classroom action research with the form of research used is qualitative and quantitative. The study can be called successful because five children are in the Very Good Development criteria (80%), three children are in the 68.25% percentage included in the Developing As Expected criteria, and two children are in the 50% percentage entering the Starting to Develop standards. The average rate of hard motoric skills of children in Group A of Tunas Harapan Kindergarten is said to be successful because the researchers set indicators of success in the assessment criteria for Developing According to Expectations (70%). Based on the results of the research carried out, it can be concluded that the use of traditional cat and mouse games can improve the hard motoric skills of group A of Tunas Harapan kindergarten Kertagena Look. Berdasarkan hasil pengamatan yang telah dilakukan peneliti pada anak kelompok A TK. Tunas Harapan Kertagena Laok, terdapat beberapa masalah terkait dengan kemampuan motorik kasar yang masih kurang optimal karena anak tidak bebas dalam bereksplorasi dan kemampuan motorik kasar, anak masih dibatasi seperti dalam gerakan senam serta penggunaan metode pembelajaran yang statis. Oleh karena itu upaya yang dilakukan untuk menoptimalkan kemampuan motorik kasar anak melalui permainan tradisional kucing dan tikus. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian tindakan kelas (classroom action research) dengan bentuk penelitian yang digunakan adalah menggunakan kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Penelitian dapat dikatakan berhasil karena 5 anak berada pada kriteria Berkembang Sangat Baik (80%), 3 anak berada pada persentase 68,25% masuk pada kriteria Berkembang Sesuai Harapan dan 2 anak berada pada persentase 50% masuk kriteria Mulai Berkembang. Persentase rata-rata kemampuan motorik kasar anak Kelompok A TK Tunas Harapan dikatakan berhasil karena peneliti menetapkan indikator keberhasilan pada kriteria penilaian Berkembang Sesuai Harapan (70%).
