Por ello, reviste significado el propósito de Analizar los factores que generan estrés en empleados públicos universitarios de nombramiento y contratados de la Escuela de Enfermería en la Universidad de Guayaquil caracterizando su incidencia en su desempeño laboral, el cual, se constituyó en el objetivo de esta investigación. Metodológicamente, se enmarca en un enfoque cuantitativo (positivista), con diseño de carácter no experimental, bajo la modalidad investigación de campo, tipo descriptiva, de corte transversal. La población estuvo representada por 526 docentes, con una muestra de 97 docentes de la Carrera de Enfermería en la Facultad de Ciencias Médicas de la Universidad de Guayaquil. La técnica de recolección de datos fue la observación directa y la encuesta y como instrumentos se empleó el cuestionario y el cuaderno de notas. El análisis de los resultados se realizó utilizando estadísticas descriptivas a través de un análisis cuantitativo. Los resultados reflejan que el 78% de la muestra encuestada son docentes contratados, condición que se convierte en un estresor dado que un 39% de la muestra considera que la estabilidad laboral influye en el desempeño como docente. The first chapter of this project defines the methodology. For the second chapter, the diagnosis of the tourism system of the Caimito community was performed through the implementation of three important cards, such as: tourism characterization of communities; characterization of the demand and survey of tourist attractions, both of which allowed us to know the baseline of the community. Por lo cual, se desarrolló una investigación cuali-cuantitativa que busca describir los datos estadísticos y analizar la información recabada. Al investigar a 393 clientes se conoció que la percepción respecto al diseño y presentación de los productos es negativa por factores como el orden y salubridad; en paralelo, los vendedores revelaron una aplicación empírica de las formas de diseminar y conservar los productos, así como su preocupación por la baja rentabilidad del negocio. En la presentación de los bienes no se emplea ninguna técnica de exhibición de los productos para rentabilizar el espacio físico, además las disposiciones de los bienes no ayudan a la compra de otros para elevar el nivel de rotación y la demanda. {"title":"Diagnóstico situacional cultural de empresa turística en tiempos de sindemia Covid-19.","authors":"Ricardo Alfredo López López, Ruiz Mejillón Joselyn Yadira, Taipe Farías Evelyn Alexandra, Barbara Mercedes Minalla Esmeraldas","doi":"10.37956/jbes.v0i0.255","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.37956/jbes.v0i0.255","url":null,"abstract":"La presente investigación trata sobre el impacto  que género la pandemia del COVID-19 en el hotel Canoa Beach tanto a nivel de productividad como administrativo, a causa de ello se proponen reformas a nivel organizativo en la cual el hotel operara con un diseño organizativo funcional (organigrama), por otro lado debido a las restricciones impuestas por el Ministerio de Salud para evitar aglomeramiento de personas y la propagación del Covid-19, el establecimiento sigue un régimen de bioseguridad para precautelar la salud de los trabajadores y los visitantes. El método utilizado para recaudar información fue una investigación mixta en la cual se calificó tanto cualitativa como cuantitativamente, los materiales utilizados fueron entrevistas, encuestas y fichas de observación.  Lo que dio como resultado que el hotel cuenta con una buena aceptación por parte de sus clientes además que posee un buen régimen de limpieza y desinfección.
