The objective of this study is to design positioning strategies for its tourist attractions through the implementation of effective branding. A mixed qualitative and quantitative approach was used for the research. A survey of 383 inhabitants of Riobamba was conducted to analyze tourism knowledge and preferences. Data were collected through documentary and field methods, including surveys, interviews and observation. The findings revealed that 67.1% of the respondents were unaware of Cacha's tourist attractions and 76% had not seen related publicity. However, 93% expressed willingness to visit. The conclusion is that the lack of knowledge and effective promotion are the main obstacles to tourism development in Cacha. For which strategies are proposed such as: creation of brand identity, development of promotional materials, implementation of advertising campaigns in local and digital media to increase the visibility of Cacha as a tourist destination, participation in tourism fairs and events. Qualitative and quantitative research is employed. The study sample includes tourists between the ages of 13 and 70 to ensure a diverse representation, while data collection is done through a digital survey using Google Forms. The results respond to the TES research project, \"Tourism strategy of products and services for the strengthening of tourism micro-enterprises and SMEs in Nobol Canton\". They help to have a complete vision of the perception of tourism and quality of life in Nobol Canton, pointing out both strengths and opportunities for improvement to consolidate its position as a desired tourist destination. Renewable energies have been identified as an important solution to respond to climate change by reducing greenhouse gas emissions and diversifying the energy matrix. However, challenges have been identified, including the scarcity and variability of renewable energy sources, high upfront costs and the need for infrastructure improvements. However, significant opportunities in energy storage were highlighted, including technological advances, favorable policies and regulations, and financial innovations. The positive socio-economic impact of renewable energy on job creation, social development and poverty reduction has also been demonstrated. A qualitative methodology was applied, in which observation and interview techniques were developed, and a quantitative one, applying a survey to a non-probabilistic sample of young people between 18 and 29 years old in the city of Quito. It responds to a result of the research project carried out by students and teachers of the TES: Practical manual for the implementation of methodologies for the improvement of services and processes, models and quality tools. The authors used instruments such as interviews, SWOT analysis, Ishikawa diagrams, among others, to collect qualitative and quantitative data. The technique used was documentary review, using record cards as an instrument. The results obtained allow us to conclude that the authors' analysis highlights the need to apply specific strategies to improve organizational efficiency. They also seek to reflect the impact that quality management has had on the country's competitiveness. This study focuses on the Interprovincial Transport Cooperative \"Transvencedores\" of Riobamba, Ecuador, with the objective of designing an administrative strengthening plan to improve its management and service. The research, with a qualitative and descriptive approach, used surveys and interviews with 25 staff members and 384 users, applying tools such as the SWOT matrix and the internal (EFI) and external factor evaluation (EFE) matrices to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. The results revealed significant administrative problems, such as the lack of process automation, poor internal communication and the absence of a clear organizational philosophy. It was concluded that the cooperative requires ongoing staff training strategies, implementation of new technologies to control activities, and improved internal communication. In this study, we seek to understand the preferences of customers of commercial premises of Malecón 2000 in the city of Guayaquil, both in their face-to-face and online shopping. The sample focused on customers between 20 and 40 years old, using a descriptive research with a quantitative approach through surveys in Google Forms.  The studies surveyed highlight different aspects of customer service and commercial techniques, while the results obtained underline the importance of direct interaction with merchants. The research is of an exploratory type guided by empirical methods aided by techniques and instruments such as the survey and interview carried out in 4 communities corresponding to the area under investigation with a view to identifying their current gastronomic offer and the preservation of the identity that is part of their estate. It responded to the problem of failure to identify opportunities or weaknesses that students face in the educational and administrative services offered by TES, which can affect their educational experience, and was instrumental in understanding and improving student satisfaction. To this end, the specific objectives that were desired to be achieved with the measurement system were defined, among which the following stand out: general customer satisfaction, identifying areas of improvement in the service or evaluating the impact of the improvement initiatives that are implemented. Based on them, the metrics that will help measure the customer experience are determined. Some common metrics include Net Promoter Score (NPS), customer satisfaction (CSAT), customer loyalty, and customer retention. These metrics respond to the industry and specific objectives and will be supported theoretically in this article.
