Bu durum yeni isleme ve muhafaza tekniklerinin gelistirilmesine neden olmustur. Bu yeni tekniklerden biri de yuksek basinc uygulamasi, diger adiyla da yuksek hidrostatik basinc uygulamasidir. Gidalarda yaygin bir uygulama alani bulan yuksek basinc (YB) uygulamasi, gida sanayiinde onemli muhafaza metotlarindan biri haline gelmistir. YB uygulamasi, gidayi guvenli kilan ve raf omrunu arttiran bir gida isleme metodudur. Gida endustrisinde YB uygulamasi; sadece gidalarin raf omrunun artirilmasi amaciyla degil, ayni zamanda, daha guvenli, daha uygun, besinsel ve duyusal acidan daha kaliteli gidalarin uretilebilmesine olanak saglayan bir tekniktir. Bu yonleri ile isil islem tekniklerini iceren geleneksel gida isleme yontemlerine alternatif olabilecek bir potansiyele sahiptir. YB uygulamasi; sivi veya kati gidalarin, ambalajli veya ambalajsiz olarak 100–1000 MPa basinca maruz birakilmasiyla yapilan bir islemdir. Düzgün","doi":"10.18185/EUFBED.73883","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.18185/EUFBED.73883","url":null,"abstract":"The physical, electrical and optical properties of SnO2 (TO) thin films deposited using spray pyrolysis technique at different nozzle-to-substrate distances were reported. The solutions consisted of diluted SnCl2.2H2O were sprayed on hot glass substrate which temperature was in 400±5 ˚C. X-ray diffraction (XRD), Uv-vis spectrophotometer and van der Pauw configuration studies had been performed on TO films coated on optical glass substrates. X-ray diffraction pattern revealed the presence of tetragonal crystal structure with (301) preferential orientation for all films. The grain size of the films varied from 23.78 nm to 29.74 nm at different nozzle- substrate distances. The film deposited at 40 cm nozzle-substrate distance had minimum sheet resistance of 3.233 Ω/cm2 and had maximum transmittance at 550 nm of 59.55 %. Yuksek kaliteli YBCO ince filmleri elde edebilmek icin oncelikle optimum buyutme sartlarini arastirdik. SrTiO3 (STO), MgO, Itrium Sabitlenmis Zirkonyum Oksit (YSZ) ve LaAlO3 (LAO) gibi alttaslar YBCO ince filmlerin buyutulmesinde yaygin bir sekilde kullanilmaktadir. Biz eneylerimizde YBCO icin uygun kristal orguye ve termal genlesme katsayisina sahip LAO’yu alttas olarak kullandik. YBCO icin optimum buyutme sartlarini belirledikten sonra LAO alttaslar uzerine yuksek kaliteli YBCO ince filmler buyutmeyi basardik. Bu arastirmada hem nitel hem de nicel arastirma imkâni veren karisik metodun kesfedici yaklasimi (mixed-method explanatory approach) kullanilmistir. Arastirma meslek yuksekokulundan 95 ogrenciyi kapsamaktadir. Veriler, Matematik Basari Testi (MBT), Matematik Kaygi Olcegi (MKO), Gorusme Protokolu (GP) seklindeki uc fakli olcme araciyla toplanmistir. Calismanin sonuclarina gore, matematik kaygisi ogrenciler arasinda yaygin ve bu da matematik basarisini engelleyen en onemli faktorlerden biridir. Matematik basarisina iliskin toplam varyansin % 26’si matematik kaygisi ile aciklanabilir. Yine ogrencilerin algilarina gore matematik kaygisinin nedenlerini matematik temelinin yeterli olmamasi (yetersizlik), yasadiklari basarisizliklar, ogretmenlerin yanlis tutum ve davranislari, cevre baskisi ve meslek lisesi olarak siniflamak mumkundur. {"title":"OPTIMIZATION OF THE TEMPERATURE SUSCEPTIBILITY OF BITUMEN MODIFIED WITH WASTE TIRE RUBBER BY TAGUCHI METHOD","authors":"S. For this purpose, 2, 5 and 10 % waste tire rubber (by weight of bitumen) is mixed into 70-100 penetration bitumen at mixing temperatures of 150, 160 and 170oC for mixing time of 30, 60 and 120 minute and mixing speed of 250, 350 and 450 rpm. Taguchi method is used as design of experiment method. The temperature susceptibility of the binders is evaluated by the penetration index (PI). It is found that the order of the importance of variables affecting the temperature susceptibility of binders is tire rubber content, mixing speed, mixing temperature and mixing time, respectively. Optimum conditions for the maximum PI of 3.72 are obtained at the mixing temperature of 150oC, mixing time of 120 minute tire rubber content of 10% and mixing speed of 250 rpm. As a result, this new binder is produced by fewer experiments using Taguchi method compared to the other experimental methods. Thus, using the Taguchi method could save time and energy. Bu calismada, 1974–2007 yillari arasindaki ceza alan surucu sayilari ile kaza sayilari dikkate alinarak, cok degiskenli istatistiksel analiz (CDR) ve yapay sinir aglari (YSA) yontemleri ile modelleme yapilmistir. Ceza alan suruculerin sayisinin artmasi, kaza sayilarinda bir azalma ostermemis aksine artis olabilecegi tespit edilmistir. statistiksel degerlendirmelerde, YSA’nin CDR’ye gore daha yuksek bir R2 degeri oldugu ve ortalama karesel hatasinin da (OKH) minimum oldugu bulunmustur. It is endemic and only known from this locality. In spite of investigations, it has not been recollected and thus has been evaluated as Extinct. This paper reports the re-discovery of Teucrium leucophyllum Montbret & Aucher ex Bentham (Lamiaceae) which was listed as Extinct (EX) according to the World Conservation Union Red List Categories. This study also provides the re-descriptions of this taxon, and presents field observations.
