В условиях реализации ФГОС в современном дошкольном образовании разностороннему развитию речи уделяют особое внимание. Это связано с социальной значимостью и важной ролью речи в формировании личности. Развитие связной речи у детей старшего дошкольного возраста становится необходимым условием общего интеллектуального развития. Авторами рассматривается применение новой педагогической технологии «сторителлинг, или кубики историй». В статье представлены определенные преимущества, которые дает применение сторителлинга в отношении детей дошкольного возраста. Данная технология позволяет расширить возможности для развития связной речи, коммуникативных навыков. Также отмечается, что использование кубиков историй мотивирует воспитанников к познавательной деятельности, развивает их логическое мышление. Currently, the problems associated with the process of speech development occupy a central place in the speech education of preschool children. In the context of implementation of the Federal State Educational Standard in modern pre-school education, special attention is paid to the diversified development of speech. This is due to the social significance and the important role of speech in the formation of personality. Development of coherent speech in older pre-school children becomes a necessary condition for general intellectual development. The authors consider the application of a new pedagogical technology “storytelling, or cubes of stories”. The article presents certain advantages that the use of storytelling gives in relation to preschool children. This technology allows to expand opportunities for the development of coherent speech and communication skills. Показана сложность изучения данной темы, связанная с недостаточным интересом к ней ранних славянофилов. На основе анализа имеющихся источников выделены такие основные черты онтологии Хомякова, как волюнтаризм и теоцентричность. На основе анализа трудов Таубе воссоздан намеченный им план построения системного философского мировоззрения, основанного на принципах славянофильства. Выявлены общие для Хомякова и Таубе онтологические положения, продемонстрированы специфические черты системы Таубе, заключающиеся в признании трех субстанций, лежащих в основе Бытия. The article analyzes ontological ideas of one of the representatives of the school of Slavophiles – Mikhail F. Taube and compares Taube’s views with ideas of the founder of Slavophilism Aleksei S. Khomyakov. The complexity of studying this topic is shown, due to the lack of interest of early Slavophiles in it. Based on the analysis of available sources, key features of Khomyakov’s ontology, such as voluntarism and theocentricity, are highlighted. Having analyzed Taube’s works, the author presents Taube’s ideas about building a systematic philosophical worldview based on Slavophilism principles. Представлена структура занятости населения по основным направлениям общественно полезной деятельности, позволяющая судить о потребности отраслей экономики в объемах воспроизводства кадров. Дано описание участия предприятий реальных секторов экономики СССР в системе подготовки кадров. Приведен пример зарождения частного государственного партнерства в области профессионального образования. Определены причины исхода бизнеса из системы профессионального образования в 1990–2000-х гг. Рассмотрен вопрос заинтересованности участия государства и бизнеса в системе профессионального образования. Выявлены следующие факторы, способствующие участию государства и бизнеса в системе воспроизводства кадров: степень участия государства в сфере экономики; диверсификация бизнес-доминант в структуре экономики региона; уровень заработной платы в отрасли (бизнесе); процент населения региона, вовлеченного в отрасль (бизнес). Отмечена аналогия между федеральным проектом «Профессионалитет» и системой участия предприятий в подготовке квалифицированных кадров Советского Союза. The article analyzes a system of secondary vocational education in Russia at the present stage. The structure of population employment in key areas of socially useful activity is presented, which helps assess needs of economic sectors in the volume of personnel reproduction. Participation of enterprises of the real sectors of the USSR economy in the personnel training system is described. An example of the emergence of public-private partnership in the field of vocational education is given. Reasons for the withdrawal of business from the vocational education system in the 1990s–2000s are determined. The interest of the participation of the state and business in the system of professional education is considered. Factors, contributing to the participation of the state and business in the personnel reproduction system: degree of state participation in the economy; diversification of business dominants in the regional economy structure; wage level in the industry (business); percentage of the region’s population involved in the industry (business). Духовная безопасность общества рассматривается как система условий сохранения его базовых духовно-нравственных принципов и ценностей, определяющих возможность реализации адекватной им личностной идентичности. По мнению автора, духовное и нравственное обновление приобретает особую значимость в контексте внешних и внутренних угроз духовной безопасности современного российского общества. Основной внешней угрозой представляется абсолютизация утвердившихся в западном обществе и активно распространяемых во всем мире ценностей либертаризма, гедонизма и консьюмеризма как стремления к неограниченной индивидуальной свободе и потреблению. В качестве альтернативы этим установкам рассматриваются традиционные духовно-нравственные ценности и позитивная духовность личности, понимаемая как фундаментальное качество, выражающее многомерность бытия человека и проявляющееся в его стремлении к сверхиндивидуальным ценностям.\u0000 The article analyzes an actual problem for modern socio-humanitarian knowledge. Spiritual security of society is considered as a system of conditions to preserve its basic spiritual and moral principles and values that determine the possibility of realizing an adequate personal identity. According to the author, spiritual and moral renewal acquires special significance in the context of external and internal threats to spiritual security of modern Russian society. The main external threat seems to be the absolutization of values of libertarianism, hedonism and consumerism, which have become established in Western society and are actively spread throughout the world, as a desire for unlimited individual freedom and consumption. Отмечается, что на начальном этапе управления степными регионами Средней Азии, где проживали казахи, использовалась косвенная модель управления, при которой центральные власти практически не влияли на внутреннюю ситуацию в степи. По этой причине уже в конце XVIII в. царская администрация в регионе взяла курс на вовлечение казахских подданных в структуры русской государственности.\u0000 The article attempts to analyze the administrative and legal policy of the Russian state in Central Asia in the first half of the 19th century. It is noted that an indirect management model was used at the initial stage of management of steppe regions of Central Asia, Kazakhs’ place of residence. So, central authorities practically did not influence the internal situation in the region under consideration. Обоснован тезис о специфике формирования исторических представлений личности и формах расширения художественного пространства на трех основных уровнях. в ходе исследования уточнены положения о существовании мировоззренческих детерминант автора в художественно-историческом, психологическом пространстве и историческом прошлом, запечатленных в текстовом виде. Результатом стало определение особенностей протекания индивидуально-психологической динамики интраистории в сознании человека и непосредственно тех методических принципов, которыми должен руководствоваться исследователь, пользующийся инструментарием интраистории.\u0000 The article analyzes methods and some techniques of intrahistory as a historical approach when working with archival sources. Principles of functioning of the author-writer’s cognitive inner world and the specifics of its transformation into concepts of an artistic and pictorial source are shown on the basis of artistic and pictorial sources, prose and drama. The thesis about the specifics of forming historical representations of an individual and forms of expansion of the artistic space at three main levels is substantiated. In the course of the study, provisions on the existence of the author’s ideological determinants in the artistic-historical, psychological space and historical past, captured in the text form, are clarified. Если опираться на контекстуально обусловленные коммуникативные стратегии, то критериями отбора учебных материалов для подготовки к ЕГЭ должны стать диверсификация интерактивных форм деятельности, последовательность и преемcтвенность предметно-ориентированного и междисциплинарного содержания, приемлемость приемов достижения жанрово-стилистических коммуникативных целей. В качестве примера, иллюстрирующего рассматриваемый подход, приводятся материалы, разработанные автором.\u0000 The article discusses ways to integrate interdisciplinary connections in the process of developing educational and methodological materials to prepare for the Unified State Exam in a foreign language. Subject-oriented teaching of a foreign language is the conceptual basis of a number of related techniques, among which their developers single out English for special purposes. When considering contextually determined communicative strategies, then the criteria for selecting educational materials for preparing for the Unified State Exam should be the following: diversification of interactive forms of activity, consistency and continuity of subject-oriented and interdisciplinary content, acceptability of techniques for achieving genre-stylistic communicative goals.
