Attention is paid to the practice of involving public associations in the educational process. Бахтина – одного из крупнейших представителей персонализма в философии, основоположника персоналистского направления в теории литературы. Но, как представляется, главное значение работ Бахтина заключается в том, что его нравственная философия может стать основой для будущей политологии, соответствующей требованиям и вызовам нашего времени. В статье указано, какие именно положения нравственной философии Бахтина могут стать фундаментом новой политологии (ответственность поступка, участное мышление, диалог в трактовке выдающегося ученого). The article briefly describes the creative legacy of M.M. Bakhtin, one of the largest representatives of personalism in philosophy, the founder of the personalist trend in literary theory. But it seems that the main significance of Bakhtin’s works lies in the fact that his moral philosophy can become the basis for future political science that meets requirements and challenges of our time. Автор выделяет этапы формирования спортивной медицины, особенности ее становления в нашей стране, формулирует проблемы, с которыми спортивная медицина сталкивается сегодня. Цель работы состоит в выявлении основных этапов становления и развития спортивной медицины, анализе тенденций, которые влияют на этот процесс. Использованы такие специальные исторические методы, как историко-системный, проблемно-хронологический, идеографический, ретроспективный. С опорой на материалы и выводы исследований дается анализ становления спортивной медицины в прошлом и перспектив ее развития в будущем. Предлагая периодизацию отечественной спортивной медицины, автор выделяет специфику развития каждого этапа, определяет его ключевые особенности и проблемы. В статье сформулированы актуальные проблемы спортивной медицины и предложены возможные пути их решения. Автор делает вывод о том, что на современном этапе отечественная спортивная медицина переживает непростые времена. Распад СССР, острый социально-экономический кризис не прошли бесследно и для спортивной медицины. Однако, пусть с более низкого старта, но спортивная медицина сегодня активно движется вперед, намечаются серьезные тенденции ее прогресса в будущем. The article deals with the historical aspect of the development of sports medicine. The author highlights stages of the sports medicine formation and the specifics of its development in our country, as well as formulates the problems that sports medicine faces today. The purpose of the work is to identify key stages of the formation and development of sports medicine and analyze trends that affect its development. Special historical methods, such as historical-systemic, problem- chronological, ideographic, and retrospective, are used. Based on the materials and conclusions of the research, the analysis of the formation of sports medicine in the past and prospects for its development in the future is given. Offering a periodization of domestic sports medicine, the author highlights the specifics of each stage development and defines its key features and problems. The article formulates modern problems of sports medicine and suggests possible ways to solve them. The author concludes that at the present stage domestic sports medicine is going through difficult times. The collapse of the USSR and the acute socio-economic crisis have left a certain imprint on sports medicine. However, even from a lower start, sports medicine is actively moving forward today. Была определена конструктная и критериальная валидность нового авторского теста. To assess the effectiveness of management, an author’s three-dimensional basic test is created. It measures a typological profile of the head. It is based on a three-dimensional basic typology of the personality of the leader, consisting of six types (aesthetic, conventional, social, mentoring, organizing, research). В последние два десятилетия количество частных организаций, зарегистрированных в качестве музеев или использующих в своем названии слово «музей», возросло в разы, появились ассоциации частных музеев, каталоги и реестры. Данный формат существования музейных и околомузейных институций вызывает интерес у научного сообщества культурологов, историков, философов. Появляются классификации частных музеев и попытки зафиксировать их место в социальной, культурной и научной среде, а также выявить общественные функции музеев в сравнении с официальными и государственными музеями. В данной статье мы рассмотрим частный музей как социокультурный феномен, исследуем роль частного музея в провинциальном городе, где он выполняет массу социально значимых функций: может являться и местом встречи, и предметом для гордости местного населения, и центром притяжения для гостей города, уникальным маркером территориальной идентичности. Определим особенности небольших частных музеев России на примере музеев г. Рыбинска и других городов Ярославской области. Such a phenomenon as private museums returns to the cultural agenda of the country after more than a hundred years. For the last two decades, a number of private organizations registered as museums or using the word “museum” in their name has increased significantly, associations of private museums, catalogs and registries have appeared. This format of the existence of museum and near-museum institutions is of interest to the scientific community of cultural scientists, historians, and philosophers. There are classifications of private museums and attempts to fix their place in the social, cultural and scientific environment, as well as to identify public functions of museums in comparison with official and state museums. In this article, we will consider a private museum as a socio-cultural phenomenon, explore the role and function of a private museum in a provincial city, where it plays a lot of socially significant functions: it can be a meeting place, a source of pride for the local population, and a center of attraction for guests of the city, and a unique marker of territorial identity. В научной статье представлен анализ важнейшей составляющей профессиональной подготовки молодежи (курсантов) – самореализации личности. Эффект прожектора – одна из проблем современной молодежи. Психологический страх пред сценой не обходит стороной молодых людей, начинающих строить свое профессиональное будущее и пытающихся самореализоваться. В статье выделены и описаны характерные особенности людей, у которых сильно выражен эффект прожектора, а также предложены рекомендации по преодолению рассматриваемого феномена. Предмет исследования – психологические проблемы самореализации современной молодежи. Цель исследования – изучить эффект прожектора как одну из проблем. Для этого использовался анализ статистических данных и результатов социологических опросов. Полученные результаты вносят вклад в развитие комплексных исследований по вопросам самоопределения и самореализации современной молодежи. Материалы статьи будут полезны образовательным организациям, а также научному сообществу при исследовании взаимосвязанных проблем самоопределения и самореализации молодежи. Scientists from many countries discuss complex problems of education of young people, their choice of life orientations, professions and self-realization that are relevant for a progressively developing modern society. The scientific article presents an analysis of the most important component of professional training of young people (cadets) – self-realization of personality. The spotlight effect is one of the problems of modern youth. Psychological fear of the stage does not bypass young people who are beginning to build their professional future and trying to self-actualize. The article highlights and describes characteristic features of people who have a strong spotlight effect and also proposes recommendations for overcoming the phenomenon under consideration. The subject of the research is psychological problems of self-realization of modern youth. The purpose of the paper is to consider a spotlight effect as one of the problems of modern youth. The analysis of statistical data and results of sociological surveys was used to study the described phenomenon. The obtained results contribute to the development of comprehensive research in self-determination and self-realization of modern youth.
